This place is a joke. My fiancé and I recently moved to the area, as being a marine, he needs the specific haircut style, so we went to Sport Clips mainly because it was the only place open on Sundays. As we walked in, a girl yelled to sign in and its going to be an hour wait...at a mens barber...and there were maybe 3 or 4 people sitting there already. In desperate need for a haircut, we went ahead and signed in. We waited for over an hour before my fiancé was put into A chair, and even then he sat for another 10 minutes. His haircut only took maybe 5 minutes, and as he walked out into the sitting area, I gasped because the haircut was so bad! Then she told him the price for the haircut, 15 dollars!!!, and when we asked about the military discount, she rolled her eyes, asked for his ID, and stared at it for about 45 seconds, then gave us the military discount. Also, my fiances face was covered in his hair! I understand youre going to have the small random hairs here and there after he gets a haircut, but it looked like she didnt even attempt to clean the hair off of him. The haircut itself is crooked, and when we got home to examine the haircut closer, I found areas of longer hair that she had completely missed! It is a possibility that our experience was so horrible due to it being a Marine medium reg haircut, but even so, youd think in a high military populated area shed either learn or at least tell him she didnt feel comfortable doing one. Over an hour wait for poor customer service and a horrible, over priced haircut...we will never go there again!

The only reason I gave this store 1 star is because this system does not allow you to give a lower score. I drove 30 minutes to this location due to it being recommended by a friend. I entered the store and sat down. The image they are portraying with their staff kind of put me off a bit so I waited to sign in. This lady, Nina, looked as if she put on someone else’s face for the day. Far too much make-up and she smelled horrible. While speaking with her co-workers and some of the patrons in the store she was so ungodly inappropriate even in front of children and with children present. I never even signed in. I can’t believe she is allowed to continue to work there. Since my visit the individual that recommended this place to me had his hair cut by this woman twice trying to give her a chance. Both times he had to go to another facility to get it fixed. So Sports Clips I ask you, why, if this woman looks as if she came off the street, she can’t cut hair, and she is highly inappropriate why is she allowed to keep her job? I saw the review in which a gentleman had brought up the issue of this woman being inappropriate with his son but the management has taken it down. I will be taking photos of my review and if it is removed I will be reporting that to the corporate office along with the rest of this information. I now know of 12 individuals who will no longer return to this facility because of this woman. Something needs to be done. If this is their idea of having professional employees then their management needs to be replaced as well.

Dont brag that you take walk ins then let all your friends and relatives cut in front of customers that have been waiting an hour. And no they didnt have an appointment I heard the whole conversation. If your going to open until 8pm then be open at 7:59pm. At 7:20pm I pulled in the parking lot. You looked at me and shut the lights off. Your cuts arent that good anyway, your way over priced, and your customer service sucks. I was in desperate need of a cut but screw you ill drive to Pensacola next time just to make sure you dont get a dollar from me. I hope you have enough family to keep your business going.

been going here for over a year now but my last two trips, including today, were not good. I went last week and was told it was over an hour wait period because they only had 3 barbers. I literally just left the shop today because they open at 9, which is also when I showed up, but the door was locked. I tried to open but it was locked so I waited until 10 after 9 in front of the shop and the door never was unlocked. whats going on? i dont want to look for a new place to get my haircut but these last couple visits are not helping.

Ridiculous Prices!!!! I cant believe it costs $15/kid!!! My 2 sons got their hair cut and didnt get it washed or anything, but just a cut! Nothing fancy...just clippers and trim! What a rip off!

Nice girls, just need to speed up between clients please. Sports Clips is way overpriced. I have been to at least 5 different locations in Florida and Alabama and alls have some prices.

Barber with the colorful hair ruined me. Had to have my hair straightened out at another location. Didnt realize how bad it was in the shop. But when I got home, I saw the full carnage.

Sky keeps my husband happy so he keeps going back. He loves the place and no one else can touch his hair. awesome atmosphere!

I enjoyed my visit. The barber worked with me on what i wanted and even cleaned up my beard nicely. Not one bad thing to say.
