Today I took my truck in for an oil change and wiper blades. It took over two hours and they told me that it took so long because they were required to perform additional repairs by our fleet management provider. A call to our fleet management provider to verify this, proved it not to be true. I was never informed of the additional repairs until they had been done and they were not necessary. The fleet management provider also informed me that firestone requested approval for other “unnecessary” repairs that were denied. I was never informed by Firestone of those requests at all. It is my opinion that they do not have their customer’s best interest in mind rather how much they can charge. This was my last visit as I feel that you should be able to trust your service provider.

This shop bailed me out of a bad situation I had at the Firestone Melbourne, FL. That other placed totally disrepected me there, see my review of them. I went here and they did listen to me when I explained the details I needed on my lowered Toyota MR2. They double checked a supposed problem that the other shop tried to make me pay for. I was eexpecting this Firestone to cover for the other shop and give me the same bad information but they did not. They were prompt and their alignment rack handled the job with out issue. They also provided a highly detailed printout. I look forward to the next time.

I became a loyal customer of this particular Firestone back in Summer of 2011. Not ONCE have I been hassled w/ sales pitches, pressure, or anything short of friendly professional service. I typically deal with Kelby or Chris. Great guys who are super personable and friendly. They always educate and answer questions without rushing or being pushy. Theyve earned my trust to the point that I will ALWAYS start with them and give them my business in every opportunity if at all possible. Id gladly pay a bit more to go here because I know they shoot straight and I wont have to deal with any bs games.

Ive been to this Firestone location a couple of times and find that the tire and oil services are adequate, though time consuming. Brake work here has been disappointing. Tech claims to not hear the noise I hear every time the brakes are engaged and which certainly could be heard after leaving the shop. I dont find Kelby very personable or friendly, but maybe its because I usually arrive first thing in the morning and he hasnt quite adopted the happy, helpful attitude other reviewers here, mostly men, are raving over.

Hands down the most honest repair shop Ive ever been to. Brakes were squealing and I thought for sure the pads needed replacement. They checked and informed me the pads and rotors were good and did not need replacement. The only thing they recommended were wiper blades. Ive been to this Firestone before and had a similar experience with my other vehicle. I dont even live nearby but make the extra drive to come here, its worth the honesty. Ray and the mechanics here do an awesome job, I highly recommend!!!

Fast, accurate, and honest. Customer service is great; they clearly explained exactly what would be charged before they did something, so there wasnt that guessing game of what your bill would be in the end, (like what happens at the family-run kind of shops). They also seemed to have plenty of business, so Im guessing other people see how this is an honest and professional place for car maintenance.

I have been to this Firestone.on Palm Bay rd.for over 15years.They have taken care of all my vehicles over the years no problems.Kelby.Ben.Chris.Matt.&Pops did good work every time .if they found some thing that needed to be done.will call me and explain the problem.i will give ok to get work done.this is one off the best Shop for vehicle.keep up the great work guys.

These guys saved me a couple hundred dollars off what the local chevy dealership wanted to do for my vehicle and it worked out fine. Take both my cars here and theyre always very courteous, professional, and take the time to answer any of my questions and show me on the vehicle what theyre describing. Theyre also good at calling you like they say they will too.

Great service, but make an appointment! These guys are courteous, friendly and professional - which also makes them busy! Although some Firestone locations are able to handle drop-ins, be prepared for a wait if you cant make an appointment. Having said that - its worth it! Great, friendly service without a hard sell of other services. These guys are pros.

I have been going to this Firestone location for about 10 years for various service needs. Nine times out of ten, I am very happy with them. The employees are very friendly and attentive, and will go out of their way to help you. The mechanics do a good job. I have also found them to be honest, which is a huge reason I keep going back to them.

I have been taking my vehicles here for years without any major problems. At one time I had to take my car back to have the tires rebalanced. But they took care of it and I was on my way in no time. No shop is going to be perfect. The good shop is the one willing to admit mistakes, and prepared to fix them.

Ive been going to this location for years, and the team of pros there have taken care of my needs every time without question. The dealership where I bought my two current cars offers free maintenance on certain items, but I will never take them anywhere but this FireStone.

I have been coming here since 2012, and I love the service. I have brought my vehicle to other mechanics and none stand up to the amount of high quality customer service and maintenance. This location is probably the best mechanics shop I have ever been to.

Terrible experience. They "forgot" to do 3 or of the 4 things I went in there for. They were abrasive and very disrespectful. The gentleman who I dealt with was rude and yes, even talked back to me like a 5 yr old boy. Never go back, Id rather walk.

I called on a Sunday at 4:13 pm to get a tire repaired. They said as long as it is here by 4:30, they can get it done. I pulled up at 4:23 and was out the door at 4:53. They do quick, quantity work at Firestone. I would strongly recommend them.

I requested Firestone to balance my tires. They said they did, but the car was still vibrating(and they lost my wheel lock key). i went to a different store they said the tires were never balanced and they balanced it out for me.

Replaced my Inside AC Blower motor twice under warranty. But my leaking Power Steering under my warranty with Firestone, they did not have the mechanic able to diagnosis it and had to bring it to another Firestone to look at it.

This place is Great!!! If you ha e an issue, they can fix it quick, and, they even provide additional information on concerns that may occur in the future that you may have not been aware of. Amazing!!!
