I thought that this place was alright, but it went downhill quickly. Brought in my truck and it left on a tow truck with nothing fixed and a hefty estimate. But thats not all! The left side of the windshield pillar had a 12" plastic chunk broken off. Was told that it must have been the tow truck driver. No. I was there and I saw everything he did. Manager was rude. Then, when we looked under the hood to check things out and do the work ourselves... - A white oil based sharpie was wedged in the support struts. - A screwdriver was dropped and wedge in under the hood. - A pipe wrench was left attached next to the battery. Not pleased. Also, the manager will act completely different depending on whether you are female or male. On one occasion he said he would rather speak to my father and said some off handed comment about females and their knowledge of cars. Joking or not, it was not professional.

5/21 Philip really took care of me. I came in with my children one day and they were very busy so he made an appointment for me the very next day. He got me in and out quick and was honest with me about what my car needed. I really trust these people. this is the second time that they prove themselves to me and my family. I had gone to our neighboring pep boys and they did not take care of me. They looked at my tire flat and told me it was irrepairable. I knew that there was something that they could do but they were just trying to get me to buy a new tire. Thats when I turned to tire plus. I remembered how well they had taken care of me in the past. Never use the pep boys on sunrise. They are liars and manipulators. Think they have to scam customers. this tire plus understands that if you keep a customer happy and you treat them well and fair they will spread the news and come back every time.

i think this shops employees are good and trustoworthy. they are busy, yes, but they always do a really good job for me. they know me as a regular customer, and they go out of their way to ensure my satisfaction every time. theyve replaced tires, alternator, battery,brakes, etc on my 98 lexus and i have had no problems at all with the outcome of any services or parts that theyve done for me. i find that some of their prices (but not always) are lower than those at other service stations. for example, i recently had my alternator replaced for $270, whereas another service station wanted to charge me $350 for the same service/part. my favorite front desk people are anthony black and garret ward. i have no affiliation with any of its employees, but as a single woman who really needs good service, i stand by them.

Took 2004 honda civic to balance 4 tires using Road force balancer and oil change. It took about 2 hours. This is normal for car shops around here, specially on weekends. They told me the tires are worn out so they dont want to waste money balancing it, they cant warranty the work. So they recommends some cheap tires to replace. I declined, and wonder why they recommend cheap tires ???? They bill for oil change and fluid fill up were $28.00 for synthetic blend. They have VIP member discount 50% first time, that is why. They also recommend a long list of services needed for the car. This standard list would cost more than $3000. I think its stupid trying to scare customers with this standard list, knowing they dont really need the services.

Nick and Tico are awesome and make me feel like family every time I come in. They are honest with me and tell me straight up how things are without sugarcoating it, which I appreciate. Although their job involves sales they dont sell. They lay everything out and give me my options. I HATE salesmen. These two dont sell, they treat me like I want to be treated, like a person who isnt completely stupid and who wants to know whats going on. My wife likes to jump curbs and now we had to replace the front struts and mounts and Nick and Tico didnt rake me across the coals. They treated me like family, didnt overcharge me, and made me glad to pay with the way they treated me. I will always return to this Tires Plus. They are my brothers.

Very friendly honest hard working folks, and they went out of thier way to meet all my needs, and even went beyond what I initially came in for at no extra cost! (lets see Jiffy Lube or Bobs Auto do that? NOT!) My Audi A6 runs like a new vehicle thanks to tires plus sawgrass and was done at a price that beat "ALL" other compeditors! Real professionals that I will gladly recommend to all my friends and family! Thank You Tires Plus Sawgrass Your The BEST!!!...and any negative postings here dont believe a word of it the guys at this TP treat you like family and will go out of your way to help you! Another satisfied customer 2 tumbs up! ;)

they double booked my appointment and were pretty busy, so there solution was to lie to me and tell me that I had no oil in my car and they could not touch it because it was a liability. I went out to the parking lot and checked my dipstick and amazingly the engine was full oil???? I asked the manager, Art, why there was oil in the car and he said that they put a little in so I could get to where I needed to go. My car was full of used oil.....not empty, so basically they lied and wasted my entire day....Tires plus at Sawgrass Mills....you guys are terrible and lazy.

These guys will try to rip you off. A few months ago they broke one of my wheel stems and stripped a lug nut. Their excuse is it happens all the time. I ended up paying for the replacement, which now I regret. If they were not going to own up to their mistake I should have just taken my vehicle and left. On top of that, it took them 2 hours to get the stem and lugnut delivered/installed. The lugnut was generic, didnt even match my others. I was a regular customer, this was the final straw among other attempted scams, I will never go back to this facility again.

For many years I have relied on Tires Plus to maintain my 1999 Toyota. Last week my judgment was reassured by the excellent service that I received from Nick Benvenuto. His greatest salesman and managerial attributes are the facts that ‘He truly listens and makes quality adjustments’ to correct my worrisome concerns. Tires Plus should be proud of this individual (specialist). I highly recommend to management, a mention of appreciation and gratitude to Nick for his devotion as a spokesperson for Tires Plus. Anytime I went there, or my friends go or call, they start out with how hard the job is and how bad the manfacturer made the parts and how much extra time it will takes because you have that make/model vehicle. Not saying they dont do the work correctly, it just shouldnt cost you an arm and a leg. Just go to Bobs auto in Sunrise and youll know youre getting the right job at the right price. Men AND women friendly, no song and dance act. If I want a show, Ill go to one. No I dont work for Bobs Auto.
