I will no longer do business with Tires Plus because of what occurred to me at this location. I have been a longstanding customer for years and have referred MANY to Tires Plus stores across Florida. I recently had four tires replaced and when I went back due to an apparent puncture, I was told that there was no warranty on the tires I had just purchased. I can attribute that to some misunderstanding. However, when they tried to charge me a fee just to look at the tire, I attribute that to being scammers trying to take advantage of their customers. I have never paid any inspection fee to look at a tire. The equivalent would be for a department store to begin charging an admission fee. Tires Plus lost a customer today. I will gladly take all of my business elsewhere. I hope assessing your "inspection fee" is worth not having thousands of dollars of business from a once dedicated customer. So far today, I have posted reviews against the company and this location. I have also emailed the corporate office. I will also share my experience through every means of social media possible. It is unacceptable to try to charge your customers for something that should come, and has for years, as a component of service..

Stay away !!! I bought a pair of front tires from this place. The mistake I made was not testing the tires I had bought at 55 miles per hour speed. The next day I was on the I95 going 60 MPH and my car was shaking like crazy, I felt like there was an earthquake in my car. I went back to tires plus and all they would do is re-balance the tires, after doing that twice they tried to tell me I had to replace this and that on my front end of my car, insinuating that I had a mechanical problem which was causing the shaking. I was like dude, my car was not shaking until you put on the tires. Then this fruit cake to me to go to Firestone, being they were Firestone tires, and pay Firestone to do some kind of test, then bring the tests results back to him lol I am like dude, you sold me the defective tires you deal with it, I am not going to Firestone to pay them to test anything. To make a long story short, I should have just disputed the charge with my card, but I went a bought a tire from Walmart tire, and all of the shaking stopped immediately no matter what speed I accelerated at.

I took my car here yesterday for an AC inspection as the air was not blowing very cold but the air was working and blowing. After approximately one hour I received a call from Alex who told me I needed a new compressor and dryer and it would cost me over $1000.00. I knew I did not need a brand new AC. I picked up my car and took it across town to another auto repair whereby all that was needed was a recharge with freon. My AC now is blowing ice cold. BEWARE BEWARE of this place. They are scammers. P.S. When I told them I was not letting them do the work, they generously offered to knock off $100 off the price. Never, Never in my life will I ever go Tires Plus again and I will make sure that all my friends and family avoid these scam artists.

Ive come to this location a number of times for a wide range of issues (everything from a flat tire to a bad alternator) and have always left very satisfied with their honest, thorough, and efficient service. The store has a clean and comfortable waiting area along with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ive dealt with Diego, Loli, Herlin and Freddie in the past who are all very professional and patient when it comes to resolving the more complicated problems. If for any reason there is a conflict or misunderstanding, the store manager Alex makes it a point to personally and promptly address the issue. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and quality service.

This place is ran by a bunch of scammers. Stay away like the reviewer below mentioned. Took my truck in for standard alignment, balance, and rotation. Got a call 4hrs later and they mentioned I had other problems on the truck which I declined b/c I take the more complicated stuff to real mechanics. I picked up my truck and easily noticed that the balance and rotation wasnt done. The tires were dirter on the front when I bought them in and they were still in the front when i picked them up. The balance weights were the old ones and definitely not new. They charged for the work they dont do, lie to your face, if you dont buy the more expensive items, they dont complete the work.

Ive had a mixed bag of experiences at this location. The first time I purchased tires from here in 2013, the technician failed to put my air filter back in after doing the standard courtesy inspection of fluids and filters. I didnt discover this until I did an oil change a couple of weeks later. I opened the hood and found the filter sitting on top of the filter housing. I called them spoke to the manager. In the end, they rectified the situation to my satisfaction. Ive never had an issue again at this location and have since bought another set of tires from them. This is a busy location and I recommend making an appointment food service!

Dropped off my car at 10:20am and came back at 12:15 after walking around in costco ... Guess what came back and my car was parked where i left it 2 hours before... The excuse.. They had not received the tires... They guy called me at 10:45 saying the car was going to be ready in an hour ...all BS i dont know why i didnt pay attention to reviews. Btw i took my keys and left

If I could rate them with negative stars I would. Do not make any appointment with them it will tell you in the email 9 oclock and when you show up their system will say 12 and then theyll tell you an hour and a half wait for an oil change I took my business elsewhere to Jiffy Lube cheaper and faster and better customer service

Awesome service, very friendly, and easy to talk to. I had a huge nail in my tire that I thought needed patching. They came to my car to first check if the tire was fixable and they ended up pulling the nail out and my car was completely fine. I was good to go. I highly recommend!

Terrible service. Waited for 2 hours for a tire repair due to a screw. They said 1 hour. After 2 hours I had to take my own tire off the truck in the parking lot and walk it in. Im still waiting here in a waiting room that has a tv with directv and no signal. Never coming back!!!

Simply pirates. You buy one of their lifetime packages and everytime you take your car for services included in the package, they try to push and sell you something. Furthermore, they try to decline those services if you dont buy tires from them. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PIRATES!
