Crazy expensive. $96.00 for an oil change on a 4cyl VW 2.0T. We also had a diagnostic done for a check engine light, was not given a print out and only after requesting the information was given a code and part number that was very vague and pretty much useless. So we pretty much paid $250.00 for an oil change. In addition to the charge for the oil change and the diagnostic, an additional $7.00 was added for "shop supplies" The guys are nice enough and Im sure they know what they are doing, however, we will not be going back with either of our VWs.

I would highly recommend these guys! I mainly dealt with Ken and Chris and every time I spoke with them they knew there stuff and were able to provide answers right away. I am not from the area and I came in with and issue and described the situation I was in and they were able to get me back on the road very quickly. I cannot say one thing negative about them and would certainly do business with them in the future when I am in the area or by having stuff shipped to me. Thanks again Ken and Chris! Excellent work and customer service!

I brought my car in to EPR for a general maintenance visit and a brake job. I loved the service and attitude I received from both Ken and Chris. When I received my car, not only were my brakes fixed and oil changed, but my interior was cleaned as well. It the little things they do that make it a pleasure doing business with Ken. I am ready to bring my car in so that I can have my cd player changed to an ipad player...get ready...here I come!

EPR is very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. We live about an hour from the shop and that is the only place we take our VW to get serviced. Ken is very timely and a pleasure to do business with. We have had two major mechanical problems and were extremely satisfied both times. It is rare to find someone you can trust that cares about your car and I would highly recommend and know that you wont be disappointed.

This is a group that knows what they are doing with VWs. They have done both maintenance and repair on my VW EOS and every time was a great experience and the new Audi coils make her fly. So glad I met Eric in a parking lot when he inquired about my car. They are not cheap BUT you get what you pay for. Would highly recommend this team
