Wow, has this gym been in a downward spiral over the past 2 years. Ive been a member for over 3 years, and in the past 2 years the management has changed hands several times. Currently there is no general manager, because the last one came in after a possibly corrupt manager left, and now he also has left. Among the problems with this gym are the following: 1. For about a year since the management has been in flux, the cleaning crew does not come as often. This means the overall cleanliness of the gym has decreased a lot. The mats smell awful with sweat, there are smelly leaks in the ceiling, and there are NEVER any paper towels and/or cleaner at the cleaning stations. We have started bringing our OWN to clean equipment before and after use. We have repeatedly spoken to the manager and various staff about the extremely easy solution of buying some extra towels and cleaning solution, all to no avail. Where are our membership dollars going?? 2. The management priorities are wacky. In addition to the cleanliness factor (which youd think would be an easy fix and on the top of the list), several pieces of equipment are consistently out of order (some are not marked as such), lights have been burned out in significant locations, and efforts have not been made to enforce the re-racking of weights. What exactly ARE their priorities? So far, priorities seem to include moving merchandise and increasing Kids Club fees. 3. The gym has become increasingly overcrowded with no accommodations for the extra people. On most weeknights there are so many people that it is nearly impossible to find a free spot to stretch or use free weights, and parking can be tricky as well. While expanding the gym may not be possible, accommodations by staff and management are as easy as maintaining the equipment and enforcing safety and cleanliness practices with ALL members. We have looked around our area for another gym alternative, such as LA Fitness or YouFit. Most likely we will change gyms within the next several weeks if they dont get a new manager who knows his or her stuff. I will also be looking to contact the regional corporate office to lodge a complaint.

I would give this place a negitive star if I could!!! I have been a member of the la fitness for as long as I can remember!! Decided to give this place a shot bc my friends kept telling me. Signed up online for a free pass eveything seemed ok so got very excited and drove 20 mins to get to this place. When I showed with my free pass the person behind the counter said we only except this pass before 8 understandable but then wtf it doenst say on your freaking website!!!??? I was going to pay $20 for a day pass on the front door but he said the register is closed!! Who the f**k told you to name your place "24 hours" if you are going to close the register at 10pm!!! That doesnt make any sense at all!!!! Then I told him very politely that this is very bad, I just drove 20 mins for a light workout and please do something its not my fault that your website and your register has a bc policy!!!! Told him that I will write a very bad review and he didnt even care!!! What a great way to piss people off and do Bussiness in a very unprofessional way!! Thank you so much guys for making me realize that you guys dont give a damn!!!!!!!!!!!

He trabajado gran parte de mi vida laboral en servicio al cliente y puedo garantizar que en este sitio no conocen este término. Hay información incompleta, y entre los mismos Jefes no se ponen de acuerdo. Desde la semana pasada he tratado de solicitar ayuda para terminar el contrato y un Jefe dice una cosa y el otro dice otra. Muy mala experiencia de servicio. No lo recomiendo. No volveré y me pasare a la competencia.

First time as a guest at 24hrs Fitness and its was 11pm and a manager by the name of Dewayne was very rude and advised me that he wouldnt allow me a guest pass its after hours . I asked him could he allow me a pass as a one time courtesy since Im a member of planet fitness and my fiancé was trying to win me over to become a member of 24 hour fitness ... The manager was extremely rude very unprofessional . He told me that planet fitness was a low Quality gym and that , I can take my business elsewhere ... This was the worst customer service experience ever! Thanks to the manager name Dewayne. I will never recommend anyone there!!! As a result my fiancé and friends has withdrawal there membership with 24 hour fitness ... I hope the CEO read this message...

I have been a member of 24 hour fitness for 3 years, and have been to many of them as I always travel across the country as a physician doing speaking engagements and lectures. I am on vacation from Southeast Texas, a member of one of the best 24 hour fitness centers in League City, TX. But I must say, this is ONE OF THE BEST 24 HOUR FITNESS Centers I have ever been. They have a nice variety of state-of the-art equipment, the trainers are very helpful, and the people were really nice. I LOVE THE MUSIC. Its awesome and it really works symbiotically with your exercise and workout. It keeps you going. The place is pretty clean too. As a physician and medical doctor. I highly recommend this 24 hour fitness center. A prescription for good health.

Ive been a member at this gym for toooo long!!! First its dirty/smelly , the machines do not always work or the TVs, something is always broken/malfunctioning, they never clean the dirt, dust and sweat from the machines, theres ALWAYS someones car being broken into (5 actually happened last week), the workers are non-professionals and need alot of training, they always run out of paper towels and spray to clean the machines before/after uses. Its horribly nasty! The only positive thing about 24 Hour Fitness(and I am not speak of this location) is that after complaining of these problems they let me transfer no cost to a cleaner and safer location.

Terrible and wish I could give it 0 stars. As soon as I walked in that gym for the first time I knew it wasnt a good gym. Its looks very old fashion and No one said hi at the front desk and theres like 10 of them in front. All of the equipment was old as hell!!! It took every energy I had and build up with my pre workout out of my system. I left after like 10 minutes and went to the one in Miramar. That one is not all that organize as far as re racking weights but everyone is super nice, including the employees. They try to re rack things and keep all that paper towel off the floor some of these losers leave

I like that the membership is lower than LA Fitness. Unfortunately, half of the equipment needs repair and some cardio machines have an "out of order" sign on them. You get what you pay for. The womens locker room has issues with flooding or toilet problems. The showers are not well maintained either. But, this is a locals gym. You see the same people here all the time. The cardio classes are pretty good. They have a huge senior cardio class mid morning. Someone told me that the huge turnout is due to a discount on their insurance. Amusing to watch them do cardio sitting in a chair.
