This gym was our absolute favorite until we started being charged more for our membership against what our contract read. In addition, they closed suddenly giving members 1 week or less notification. They also notified via facebook instead of personally contacting everyone or sending an email. We have yet to receive our refund or hear back from the follow up email about our refund.
