DISGUSTING !!!!! ABSOLUTELY DIGUSTING AND POORLY MANAGED FACILITY. ...... THIS LOCATION IS FILTHY AND LITERALLY SMELLS LIKE A SEWER WHEN YOU WALK IN. THE MUSIC IS ALWAYS BLARING WAY TOO LOUD. TODAY I ARRIVED AT 8:30 AM AND AS A SPECIAL TREAT, THEY SET UP A KARAOKE MACHINE AND PUT IT ON FULL BLAST PLAYING RAP SO LOUDLY THAT I COULD NOT HEAR IN MY HEADPHONES ! THIS IS IN ADDITION TO THE BLARING MUSIC ALREADY PLAYING OVER THE SPEAKERS. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? WHEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE VOLUME, THE GIRL AT COUNTER SAID THAT IT IS FOR THE TRAINER AND IT STAYS ON. SURE ENOUGH, THE TRAINER WAS OVER THERE WORKING OUT ALL BY HIMSELF TO THIS MUSIC. NOT A CUSTOMER ANYWHERE NEAR HIM AND AFTER 9 AM I FINALLY HAD ENOUGH. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO ENFORCEMENT OF ANY OF THE POLICIES THEY SAY ARE PROHIBITED. SUCH AS WIPING DOWN A MACHINE AFTER USE, OR NOT SLAMMING WEIGHTS OR PROPER ATTIRE !!!!! ENFORCEMENT RARELY HAPPENS HERE AND STAFF NEVER SAYS A WORD TO ANYONE ABOUT BEHAVIOR. THEIR CLEANING, WHEN IT HAPPENS IS SUSPECT AT BEST. SADLY, THE UNDERTONES AT THIS FACILITY ARE NOT SUBTLE AND TO BOOT IT IS FILTHY AND PLANET FITNESS SHOULD BE TRULY ASHAMED . WHERE IS THE MANAGEMENT? ??? I WOULD CHALK IT UP TO POOR MANAGEMENT AND JUST GO TO THE OTHER 2 NMB LOCATIONS, HOWEVER THE OTHER 2 North Miami Beach locations are about as digusting as well. I KNOW IT IS NOT NORMAL FOR PLANET FITNESS AS A COMPANY AS I TRAVEL OFTEN AND USE THEM ALL OVER THE COUNTRY AND I OFTEN GO TO THE POMPANO AND DEERFIELD AND LAKE WORTH LOCATIONS AND THEY ARE NOT RUN IN THIS MANNER. SHAME ON YOU PLANET FITNESS AND ESPECIALLY THE MANAGEMENT AT MIAMI GARDENS

Signed up for the gym to get my son to go with me so he can lose some weight. I thought I signed a waiver so he could go with me. And we worked out the very day I signed the contract. However returning today with him the same manager Im sure in the review before this one told me we he cannot go in because he is 12 and underage. He doesnt have a membership I purchased the black card because I thought I was going to help him. He likes the working out in a gym environment. How deceptive is that? The gym is clean and new thought it would be nice... cant help feeling really cheated.

Ok, you open up your store in my neighborhood and offer no classes...I have to drive out of my community for better service. After working 10-12 hours on a job all I want to do is workout in my community close to home and not so far away for such options...

Love the place. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help . Never had a problem with the equipment. The work out class is intense . Chad the trainer hes the best. I recommend the Miami garden planet fitness to all my friends ❤️❤️❤️

Great staff, clean and friendly atmosphere with a hydro massager, regular chair massagers and two standing tanning beds. Multiple televisions and a personal trainer on site that conducts group classes for free with your membership!

Hydro massage table they have lots of machines extra weights Ive never had a problem with people or front desk clean and friendly love it never seen a broken machine and waters always cold
