My wife and a friend went in for a 1 hour massage on Saturday, 26 August 2017. They both liked the experience and would return. However, on Monday, my wife realized that she had left her watch at the spa and returned to the location. The staff was courteous and reviewed the stores video from Saturday, which showed my wife entering with a watch on her wrist and exiting without a watch on the same wrist. The staff said that nothing had been turned in and that maybe my wife had misplaced it elsewhere. My wife told them that the only persons in the room with her an her friend were the two attendants at the time of the massage. No one else. The watch is gone. You be the judge if you want to frequent a location that has questionable employees. I definitely do not recommend this place. Go elsewhere.

Upon walking in my boyfriend and I were greeted by a very friendly and cheerful sales associate who gave us paperwork to fill out prior to our massage. They had a lovely blueberry tea we drank prior to our massage. The environment was clean and modern and the massage room was comfortable and well-kept. I had Joy, she gave me a wonderful Swedish massage that I did not want to end. In a seperate room, my boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his deep tissue massage. Afterwards, we were given info regarding the membership and were able to politely decline without being pushed (I would have gladly Joined but Im moving out of state). I would definitely recommend Massage Green Spa Of Pembroke Pines and I hope to be back there soon.

I came here once because I was waiting for my car to be detailed at the Shell across the way, the minute I walked in I immediatly got a good feeling from the place. I spoke to the woman up front and she explained their monthly subscription and pricing. I loved how reasonably priced they are compared to Massage Envy and other placed I have visited and the fact that theres no contract and its a family plan! All of it was wonderful and they are always so nice and welcoming when you arrive. Ive only been a few times and they already know my name and not one experiance has been negative so far. I reccomend them to everyone that asks me where they should get massaged.

The moment I arrived and gave my number and told Renee I had an appointment she automatically loudly in front of another customer said that my appointment was cancelled because I had not provided a card number to them over the phone when they called me. I felt it was unnecessary and she was extremely loud. Coming to this place is suppose to be a peaceful experience. This is not the place to be rude to your customers. I have not experienced the message as of yet because I am writing this review waiting to be seen. The customer service experience has been rated as zero.

I had been wanting to try Green Spa for a while & when I finally did, I was not dissappointed. Both my massage therapist (Miriam) and esthetician (Bertha) were incredible! The atmosphere is very nice and relaxing & you cant hear anyone talking once you are in your spa room (it had happened at other places). The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that during my facial, I was pitched their products. I rather ask about them if interested. But thats me, personally. Also, checkout to pay took a while, over 15 minutes. Otherwise, I highly recommend Green Spa.

They run on time which is very important to me. My madsage therapist Levis was excellent. I would recommend massage green to family and friends with no hesitation.
