Because I could not give her 0 stars. I was given two $250.00 Gift Certificate 18 months ago. Due to life I was not able to use my certificate. When I finally found time to use the certificate I called knowing that the certificate was expired and see if maybe she could accept to half of the certificate amount. She completely refused and was really nasty about it too. $500.00 dollars that she took for free.

I thoroughly enjoy all the treatments Ive had at this spa. Its such a wonderful local spot and the estheticians are very knowledgeable about skincare. I highly recommend it! I love how theyre always coming up with new treatments and innovations for skincare.

Loved the chocolate body wrap! It seems like a lot of money but you get a lot for it. I had the wrap and an aromatherapy scalp massage plus a little nap haha
