During the early times of a market full of short sale listings, I happened to connect with Aliyah on a short sale listing that my client was interested in. Short sales were, at that time, iffy contracts which may or may not come to fruition. Very frustrating. I found that Aliyah with her attention to detail coupled with her excellent communication skills (paramount during the short sale process for both realtors and clients) is, in my opinion, what drove this contract to closing. Since I dont do short sale listings myself, I have passed along other potential candidates to her and feedback has always been positive. She is an caring yet assertive, knowledgeable realtor who thinks customer first, transaction second. I would not hesitate to recommend her for any real estate needs, whether that be short sales, foreclosures, or normal sales (common in todays market) ...truly a pleasure to work with.
