I AGREE WITH THE OTHER REVIEW ABOUT THIS REAL ESTATE FIRM. I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. THE AGENT, JENN WAS RELATED TO THE SELLER, SHELLY, THAT I WAS PURCHASING THE PROPERTY FROM AND TOLD ME NOTHING BUT LIES. AFTER CLOSING, NONE OF MY APPLIANCES WERE IN WORKING ORDER, WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO BE. I CONTACTED THE FIRST BROKER, NANCY, WHO NEVER EVEN RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS. I THEN CONTACTED THE SECOND BROKER, BARBARA, WHO HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME THAT I OR THE HOME INSPECTOR, SHOULD HAVE RECOGNIZED THE ISSUES DURING THE WALK THROUGH, BEFORE CLOSING....I COULDNT BELIEVE THE INTELLIGENCE OF THE BROKER TO GIVE ME A RESPONSE LIKE THAT. I DONT KNOW OF ANY HOME INSPECTOR OR ANY BUYER WHO WOULD PUT IN A LOAD OF LAUNDRY TO TEST IF THE WASHER AND DRYER WERE WORKING , NOR CHECK THE INSIDE OF THE ICE MAKER, IN THE FRIDGE, TO SEE THAT THERE WAS A TOWEL JAMMED IN THERE, FULL OF MOLD...AFTER CALLING THE AGENT, SHE REPEATEDLY TRIED TO RECTIFY THE ISSUES BY OFFERING ME VARIOUS GIFT CARDS, AND APOLOGIZING FOR THE SELLER, WHO CLEARLY DID NOT CARE BECAUSE SHE HAD ISSUES OF HER OWN AND WAS A MORBID, LONELY, MISERABLE PERSON. SHE DID NOT EVEN GIVE US KEYS TO THE HOME!!!! JUST A CODE TO GET INTO THE FRONT DOOR AND DID NOT EVEN CONGRATULATE US IN PURCHASING OUR FIRST HOME!!! (FOUND OUT A FEW MONTHS LATER THAT SHE ATTENDS CHURCH FREQUENTLY!!!! HA, WHAT A JOKE, IM SURE GOD HAS A SPECIAL PLACE FOR HER) AND NOW FOR THE ICING ON THE CAKE, THE AGENT ALSO AUTHORIZED THE EX-BOYFRIEND OF THE SELLER, TO REMOVE A BASKETBALL HOOP FROM MY DRIVEWAY, ALMOST 3 MONTHS AFTER CLOSING.....I HAD THE FOOTAGE ON MY CAMERAS BUT AFTER SPEAKING TO HIM (ALSO A FRIEND OF THE AGENT) I DECIDED NOT TO PRESS CHARGES OR CONTACT THE POLICE. HE WAS EXTREMELY SINCERE AND HE APOLOGIZED OVER AND OVER. HE SAID HE SAW MY CAMERAS, BUT THOUGHT NOTHING OF IT BECAUSE HE HAD RECEIVED A TEXT FROM THE REALTOR, THAT IT WAS OK TO REMOVE THE BASKETBALL HOOP WHEN HE WAS SETTLED IN, AT HIS NEW PLACE (AGAIN, ALMOST 3 MONTHS LATER). IN A NUT SHELL, I WOULD HOPE AFTER READING THIS, THAT YOU WOULD NOT EVEN CONSIDER DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE. I HOPE THIS REVIEW HELPS YOU MAKE AN INTELLIGENT DECISION, BECAUSE I CLEARLY DIDNT

Seriously disappointed buyer here. During negotiations, our agent agreed to a price above the limits we set. After we finally got a price agreement, she recommended an inspector that omitted major damage on the home totaling more than $40k to repair. During the inspection, she dismissed many of my questions and then blamed me the next day when I asked why the inspector didnt mention the mold he cited in the report during our meeting. She blamed me for his omission saying, "maybe he was distracted by all your other questions". Now that we have found the damage on the home weve asked for help and the agency has refused to take any responsibility and will not assist us with the claim, nor respond to emails or phone calls. However, the selling agent has been a super star and has been involved and helpful along the way. Last month, our home insurance was cancelled because that same inspector they recommended neglected to updated our 4-point report for repairs that were completed prior to the home sale.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank LInda Riehl, my Prudential Sterling Realtor. She is an outstanding agent and made my relocation from New York to Florida so smooth. She found me the perfect house, communicated with me daily on every aspect of the transaction as I was not familiar with Florida Real Estate, negotiated the best possible deal and got me into my house very quickly. Linda is a top shelf realtor, a true professional at what she does and I would recommend her very highly to anyone looking for a home. Most of all, Linda cared so much that I was happy in my new home and I could not of found a better realtor than Linda.

Thanks to Barbara Wall and her tremendous team, Scott Wall, Melanie Tisdale, and Leslie Pullen for a seamless effort in selling our house. We felt like they were always accessible and on top of all issues. Barbara’s market knowledge and experience were absolutely crucial to getting the house sold quickly. One wrong step and the deal could be off. The team worked well with closing agents, Lynda and Susette at Liberty Max Title, who did the work on time, error free, and at a reasonable price. We would highly recommend this team and would certainly use them again. Howard and Faith Murray

We recently relocated to Florida from New York and were lucky have Linda Riehl as our agent. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and really listened to us when we told her what we were looking for. She even went into homes we saw on her website and sent us videos and pictures to save us the expense of traveling down to Florida. She worked tirelessly to help us find our dream home. We cannot thank her enough for making our purchase go so smoothly. We would highly recommend Linda Riehl to anyone who is looking to purchase in the area.

Being in the process of moving to a new state, I went through 2 other Realtors who barely gave me the time of day or said they did not deal with budget properties. Then a friend gave me Fran Freemans number, a Realtor for Prudential Sterling Properties. She is very patient and practical. I looked at a few homes before I had to move, she gave me her honest opinion on the properties and did not push for a larger budget. When crunch time hit for me to move and I had not found a house, she changed gears to find me a rental instead.

Dealt with Realtor "Fran Freeman". She had a property listed as "backing to conservation area", when in fact it was "residential common area" that could at any time be developed into retail, more housing, etc. If we didnt do our own research it could have been a very costly mistake. Imagine buying a house thinking you were backing to a protected preserve, then one day you wake up to find the land being cleared for further development and the value of your house just went down the toilet. Nice way to do business.

Toie Crespi is absolutely the most outstanding real estate professional I have ever encountered. Having bought and sold 7 houses over the past 30 years, my expectations are high. Toie oversaw my last sale and ensured every aspect of the sale was accomplished professionally. All issues were handled quickly and Toie brought the closing in on time and exceeded my expectations. When you hire Toie Crespi to manage your real estate transaction you can be assured that you will not have any surprises.

I have bought and sold a few houses over the years (three via Toie Crespi now at Prudential Sterling). Never have I had a better Realtor than Toie. I recommend her to anybody I know looking to buy or sell. If you want the best Real Estate Agent in the area, call Prudential Sterling and ask for Toie. She knows the area and her job well. Toie pays attention to details, is honest, hardworking, and not timid about speaking up and providing great advice.
