I have used Moises for two sales, one as a buyer and one as a seller. Moises worked tirelessly to find us a home. We would run out of energy and he still had more properties to show us until we found the perfect home for us. Years later when we had to sell, my first thought was to call Moises. With his expert advice, we were able to sell our home quickly and for the price we wanted. He is very knowledgeable and so helpful in every aspect of the process; always answering phone calls and answering any questions we had. When we sell again, he will be the first person I call! Update: well, we sold our Palmetto Bay home and, of course, had Moises list it. This sale was a little more complicated as we wanted to get top dollar for our home. Moises was with us every step of the way. Advising, encouraging, and always available. He is at every showing, inspection, appraisal, and anything else you need. Moises is and always been a realtor that is not only good at his profession but an honest and kind human being! He is a man of his word! He listed my condo to sell but when I signed the contract with him he told me that if I was to change my mind he would let me out of the contract. Well for personal reasons three weeks later I did exactly that and changed my mind.
