Before I called Alex and his team ( Freddie & Dana) I had already given up hope on purchasing a home. Other realtors Ive used have told me " in todays market you need the entire closing cost and down payment" & " you wont get money from the seller in todays market cause its a sellers market" as well as a bunch of other stuff. I happened to see an ad for Alex, and although I was a little skeptical at first I decided what do I have to lose and called. I spoke with Freddie and he scheduled to meet with Alex, this was the best decision Ive made. Alex filled me in about his way to lower my out if pocket cost and scheduled me to look at houses with Freddie. Freddie was awesome, he was always on time and always in a good mood. I found my house the second day looking with Freddie. From there I dealt with Dana, hes the one that deals with all the paperwork while Alex negotiates with seller. I have to admit I called Dana a lot and he always had answers. He is a very patient man and was wonderful throughout the entire process. I closed on my house on the date Alex told me at the beginning that we were gonna be closing and I couldnt be more happier with my home. I only needed to put down $13,660 for a $334,000 house, believe me I saved a lot. Alex, Freddie & Dana are a well rounded team and fought for my family and I to get the best numbers we could get. My family and I appreciate the time you guys took to get us in our new home. I recommend everyone that says they are looking for a home to use Alex and his team. THANK YOU GUYS

As a first time home buyer,I had no idea what I had to do in order to purchase a house.And if i did was it going to fit my budget?.I had so many doubts as I came across many realtors that didnt have answers to my questions.I didnt feel i was being helped i felt fraud.And my instincts told me that something wasnt right.I became distrustful and insecure.Until one day my daughter came across a magazine that had Alexs advertisement on it.I decided to call and give him a try.All the doubts i had, he made them clear and simple to me.He guided me and made me feel like I was very special.I know he really knew what was best for me and my family.So after the contract and all the process,finally the closing date for my dream house came,I couldnt believe that my dream of having house with few resources was about to become a reality. I have to start off by saying that if SIX STARS were possible then that would be what I would be rating HouseMart Realty! I cannot say enough good things about Alex and his entire staff. We went in on a Thursday, sat with Alex, explained all our information and on Saturday (only two days later) we were out with Freddie looking at over 20 properties. That in itself was amazing. Freddie was great! He was knowledgeable, on time and prepared with appointments set up for the entire day. On Monday an offer for our home choice was sent in and less than 30 days later we closed on our new home! This was possible thanks to Alex and Dana. Dana assisted us in getting all our closing documents in and on time. He too was knowledgeable and stayed on top of everything needed to expedite our closing. Once again not enough good things for us to say except THANK YOU to Alex and his entire staff! You guys were great and definitely will be invited to our house warming.

Working with Alex was awesome! What he told us that he will help us find a house and get use approved is truly true. We meet at his office with documentation he requesed, we got pre approved saw homes we were interested in and on the 2nd day we were already looking at houses.One home we saw we fell in love with and we told Alex this is home we wanted. Alex executed our contract done and signed within the next 24 hours. During the process Alex lead they way. Alex worked super hard for us and 45 days later we closed on our home. Were super excited with Alex and now are proud homeowners. Also Freddie was fantastic. He also help us. It was a smooth process. I will recommend Alex to anyone looking for a home. Alex was the best! I found Alex to be very knowledgeable about my real estate questions. The staff at Blue Castle Lending were all terrific, Dana and Freddy really made us feel comfortable in the home buying process. Dana answered all my questions, if he didnt know the answer, he would search it out and get back to me. Even weeks after closing, Alex made sure we were taking care of. We had a post occupancy agreement with the seller and Alex covered all the bases making my wife and I very comfortable. Alex didnt leave us after closing he continued to work on our behalf. The work ethic, honesty and integrity of Alex and his team is far beyond standard. I recommend this team to anyone purchasing a home. This team is the Best!

Working with Alex was amazing! We found a house in one day. Contract was written and signed by the seller within one business day. Closing happened 45 days later and we couldnt be happier! Alex helped us soo sooo sooooo much with closing costs and we thank him very much because we are first time home buyers and not rich. Our dream of finally owning a house with affordable payments has come true! None of this would of happened if Alex wasnt our realtor. There is a reason why he has been in the business for so many years. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home. Alex was great! Alex found us a house in one day and had an executed contract done and signed within the next 24 hours. During the period of time we were waiting to close, he was super patience with my husband and I. We are first time homebuyers and had tons of questions. He always returned our phone calls to answer them. Now that we have closed we are super satisfied with what Alex did for us. Im definitely looking forward to working with him again.
