I am new to Pittsburgh. I made the mistake of calling this office and attempting to buy a house thru Ann Pesci. She refused to show me houses that I requested to see. I went to an open house without her and decided to make and offer on it even though she refused to show it to me. During the inspection Ann Pesci verbally assaulted my fiance. We decided not to go thru with the purchase due to things found during the home inspection. Now Ann Pesci is refusing to return my hand money. Ann Pesci is not someone I would recommend. She is rude and a liar. There is so much more I could tell you but not enough space here. DO NOT USE Ann Pesci she will not do as you ask. The only reason I give one star is because in order to review you have to otherwise I would give her -10 BEWARE of Ann Pesci. If you want pissy hire pesci

I have recently purchased my first home through Coldwell Banker Mt. Lebanon office. We have the opportunity to work with Angie Flowers who was absolutely amazing to work with. She sought out our home needs! She did her job very well by finding what we were looking for as far as location and design. She took time to show us dozens of houses to see what best fit us!
