BEWARE!!!! We brought our vehicle to this location for a standard rotation/balance. We drove away with a loud knocking sound. We went back only for them to tell us they removed rocks from our tires. Well Im not an idiot so went back a third time to have them actually inspect the vehicle for the knocking sound and that is when they found bad sway bar links. Now that made sense. This next part is common throughout all Firestone locations. Firestone, like other auto shops, have a mark up on parts. The sway bar links are $33 found everywhere. They were going to charge me $101 each. So instead of $66 I would be paying $202 plus labor. That seemed excessive so I asked the employees for the part numbers they were ordering. They were indeed the correct parts with a horrendous price increase. I am ellecting to get my own parts and take them to a local shop paying only labor. This is cutting my bill in half and still getting fixed properly. This is my experience. Be cautious and do your homework before you spend more than you have to.

Needed oil change and was told only 2 workers for the weekend and wouldnt get to it. I made an appointment for the next weekend as I had a coupon and was told he noted it with my appointment. Arrived 15 min before my appointment, and turned in keys. Waited and looked after a half hour past my appointment and car was still in parking lot. I asked why and was told cause I came in after 2 others and reminded him I made an appointment. I guess dont bother making appointments as it counts for zilch. 30 more minutes later finally car is pulled in. Finished and go to pay and getting charged double and had to go out and find my coupon I still thankfully had even it was documented with my appointment. Save yourself a headache and go to a pro.

I was staying at the near by Red Roof Inn and discovered I had a flat tire and NO jack to help me change the tire. I was able to drive my car over, on a flat, and have them replace all my tires. (they were in bad need) They allowed me to take my dog in to the customer waiting area on the condition he is housebroken. (He is and was very well behaved, I promise.) They were done quickly, less than 2 hours despite need to put on 4 tires, do my alignment and an overall check of my car since I was still needing to travel home to Louisiana that day.

Although they left my oil drain plug loose and I had catastrophic lost, they followed through with replacing my motor. I did however dislike the business ethics of the store manager, he lied to me numerous times and even had the rental vehicle they let me use get two days of use charged to my debit account. I was told by the district manager I would get rebursed but the store manager never carried through with what was promised to me. Hes very arrogant and will over talk you when your trying to state your concerns or problems.

Honest crew. Naturally you dont want to pay more than cost of part and little for labor. There will be up-charges on literally everything, but they have to turn a profit. What do you want to pay to have it done right? They keep a very knowledgeable staff on hand and can explain things in simple terms to laymen like myself. They have never been anything less than courteous and straight forward. Their credit option has been incredibly useful as well.

Dont waste your time going here. I had a tire with a slow leak and needed it repaired. The guy there said he couldnt repair it because the DOT rules wouldnt allow it, then tried to sell me four new tires. I went down the street, got it repaired and when I actually needed new tires I gave them the business. So Firestone guy, you not only made yourself look like an idiot, you lost business by not treating me right the first time.

This place doesnt even deserve one star. The first time we went, they decided to skip the oil cap, causing the oil to leak. This second time, my car was gone through and things were stolen. When I contacted the store manager I was treated with COMPLETE disregard. I was basically called a liar and I was treated like crap. This place is a God forsaken rip off and a waste of time.

Firestone has been there for me at various locations. They are fast, friendly, and helpful. However, they do not spend the time to dig into an issue so I would not spend money on a diagnostic here. They are BASIC Maintenence, tires and front end mainly, so remember that. They are a bit expensive but they fix what needs to be done, even if they get 3 bad parts in a row...

I was treated very well at this facility. The staff was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. May car was repaired faster than I expected and I was charged a very fair price as compared to other service facilities in the area. They did a great job and Ill definitely be back!
