On 8/18/16, knowing I was past due on an oil change so I stopped at the Precision Tune location on 9 mile Rd. I opted for the "Premium Service" at $21.90 in lieu of the "Basic Service" at $16.90. The difference between the two was that all fluids were checked and topped off and all fittings (if any) were to be greased. The store recommended that I also have the K&N air filter washed "as it was getting dirty". That service was another $20. I declined. However, when I got home, I opted to check the filter myself. The filter box was still covered in loose dirt and had no fingerprints on it. Did they really check the filter??? I also noticed that the brake fluid reservoir was also dirty with oily grime and it had no fingerprints on it and the fluid had not been topped off. A quick check of the washer fluid showed it also had not been topped off. WTF did I pay the extra $5 for if they werent going to do the service?

Not leaving zero stars because it wont allow me to. Do NOT GO HERE! they tried to charge my mom (a grieving recent widow) $1200 for simple repairs that should only cost about $200. When I told them we had no money to pay a $22 fee for some diagnostic stuff that should have been free because Im burying my daddie tomorrow, he said he cant do anything about it and that he has a business to run. He refused to give me the owners phone number which should be provided to me as a customer. These people have no heart and openly try to take advantage of people. Waiting for the owners call so I can let him know exactly what I think of their business.

These mechanics either have no idea what they are talking about or they were trying to rip me off. They tried to charge me $349 for an alternator ensuring me that was their "best" price when oreillys would sell me one for $199. Then around $240 in labor for a grand total of $640. As it turns out it wasnt even my alternator it was my fuel pump. They clearly didnt look far enough into the issue and Im thankful my previous negative experiences with mechanics has taught me to never trust just one mechanics opinion. I wont even use this place for an oil change anymore.

took my brother here to get his suburban oil changed. Nice people BUT... They forgot to actually do the lube on their 24pt check but they checked it off on the sheet...we know because they would have had to wipe the thick road grease off to get to the grease valves. Didnt discover it until he got back to Mobile, AL. The store there locally was amazing and helped make it right. Store here didnt believe him.

I took my car here to have my AC checked and they knew right away what was wrong and even showed me the problem. They repaired it and its working great! This is now my go to place for my car!! They were honest and I did not feel like they were taking advantage of me :) you would totally be able to trust these guys
