On July 10, 2014 I was in Pensacola and my car broke down. I had it towed to the Tires Plus on N. Davis Hwy. I couldnt understand why the car acted like it was out of gas when I had just put (I thought) $44 worth of gas in it. The manager at Tires Plus said it was my fuel pump and it would have to be replaced. They did not even check the gas tank. After shelling out $800 for a new fuel pump, I went back to the same gas station and used the same gas pump to see if I could figure out what happened. I realized that when I had gotten gas the first time I thought I had latched the handle to continue pumping while I emptied trash out of my car. The handle HAD NOT latched and when I looked I mistakenly thought the pump read $44. When I reviewed my bank account I realized I had only put .44 cents in my tank. I was only out of gas and they replaced the fuel pump without even checking the gas tank even though I told them it was acting like it was out of gas. I even had to reimburse them for $20 worth of gas because they told me the tank was bone dry. Did that not register with them? It should have to me but I was flustered and out of my element. I like to think the best of people but I feel taken advantage of.

These people are terrible!!!! I called asking if they had my size tire, they said yes and have gave me the cheapest price. When my husband gets a ride there cause he had a blow out he calls me and says its $138.00..... He said the guy said that was all they had in stock, but when I called they had several.. Its a 15 inch tire its not common so I know they didnt run out in 20 minutes. Of course I called up there cussing amd throwing a fit about how they deceive people, then the guy calls my husband right after saying he can give him some money back or a discount on other tired. He told my husband that that tire was too small for my truck, that right there tells me he had it.. So I go look at their website online and they have a tire for $72.99 Thats for suvs like mine. Well why didnt his rip off ass offer that tire or one of the many others that was cheaper........??!!!!! I will never go there ever again. Not even for a discount.. I highly recommend Craig at the Vannoys in Gulf Breeze, or any Vannoys. The only reason he went there was cause he had a blow out on that side of town and got a ride to the nearest place... YOU SUCK TIRES PLUS ON DAVIS HWY.... BEWARE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I just left Tires Plus this morning and I couldnt wait to get home and write this review. First I would like to say that I have been a customer for over 10 years. My experience this morning was phenomenal, I received a letter in the mail yesterday that the budget friendly primewell tires I had purchased from tires plus in February had been recalled. So I called Tires Plus this morning they told me to come right in which I did . They replaced my budget friendly tires for free, but the best part was the tire upgrade I received to Firestone firehawks indy 500 tires. These tires are great and wow what a smooth ride. The manager and the lady that waited on me were so nice and very informative. I could not have asked for better service . I recommend them highly and I will continue to be a very satisfied Tires plus customer for a very long time

I cannot tell you how great their service was. I arrived near closing time and Shawn was extremely helpful. He showed me exactly what was wrong with my tires and gave me options. I opted to purchase four new tires. He and his staff descended on my vehicle like a NASCAR pit crew. They quickly and efficiently replaced all of my tires. My vehicle now rides like it is on rails. I will be back to Tires Plus to replace my wifes tires in a month for her vehicle.

Got a great set of all terrains for my truck, all four brakes done and a tire alignment. Anywhere else I wouldve be paying way too much. Got all this with very professional service for about 1100 bucks all under a 50000 mile warranty and the alignment is 2 years. No complaints!

Thank you for going the "extra mile". Due to a blow out on a trailer, I needed a replacement tire late Saturday afternoon. A replacement tire was found, mounted, on may way in short order. Thanks again!

Dont do business with Tires Plus because you pay to have LIFE time rotate and balance but they always cant do it. I drive 1 hour away to be told 3 different times they couldnt get to it! POOR SERVICE

AMAZING THEY SOLVED OUR PROBLEM IN A FLASH!! Weve been going around all of florida trying to fix our tires and they just did it in minutes! They were extremely kind with us!

The service and employees here are awesome! After having a tire blow out on I-10 they had a new tire put on in about 5 minutes and we were back on the road.
