BUYER BEWARE!!!!! They dont deserve 1 star! Pogue Chevrolet sold us our Honda Odyssey, and LIED to us. "It was the owners daughters vehicle". (Ha ha, Ive been informed probably oldest car salesman trick!). It had been in a head on collision with air bag deployment. Well needless to say, many car lots and car salesmen pretty much laughed at me when they pulled the carfax. Pogue Chevrolet quit returning my calls. They knew it had been wrecked and told us it had a clean carfax! Danny Harper is the car salesman from Pogue. Hes now the sales manager. Beware of Pogue Chevrolet! Always demand the carfax! Things arent cheaper in the country! Im 10,000 dollars upside down on my minivan! Theyll see SUCKER written on your forehead! Theyll take your hard earned money, and give you zero options! We drove 100 miles one way to go look at a 2014 Corvette Stingray. When we arrived I looked the car over very well. I noticed significant damage on bottom left , behind the front wheel well. The fiberglass was torn. The 2 wheels on the right side were also dinged up pretty bad with the black powder coating coming off. We were met by a nice salesman and I showed him the damage. He didnt seem to care and didnt ask if we wanted to look at any other Corvettes. I called and spoke with the used car manager . Once again, he didnt care and just stated he will look into getting it fixed. We were ready to buy but not EVER through this dealership. I guess they figure that there will be that one person who doesnt see the damage and take it off their hands.

The service people at Pogue are courteous and willing to answer questions without taking offense. They are undoubtedly the best car service place I have dealt with in my short 65 years on this earth. This is my second trip to Pogue in as many days for service on 2 different cars. Also, I have had my vehicles serviced at Pogue numerous times over the last 3 or 4 years and have been happy with the quality of their work and the experience in general. Its always great to find a place that earns your confidence and I am happy to give them a 5 star rating.

They just want to take your money. We have been here 4 times in the past week. And they still havent fixed the actual problem. They dont release warrantys like they should because they claim that GM required "test" before they release the warranty. And the service is horrible every 4 days we were there for 4-5 hours every day.

The service department was phenomenal. They were very helpful in getting my van fixed quickly and set me up with a rental car so I wouldnt miss an important event in Lexington. Amanda and Robin were super-friendly and professional. To find such a great service department in a small town was an unexpected suprise.

Recent contact with salesman, stated 2016 diesel canyon just arrived, based on phone conservation informed salesman I would arrive in 2 hours. After arriving at dealer said vehicle was purchased within one hour, a rather quick and smooth transaction.

They refused to honor a price given over the phone. After driving over 100 miles to the lot to purchase the vehicle the new price was over 700 dollars higher. I do not trust this dealership and can not recommend anyone else to.

Good service itself didnt like being questioned about a part i asked to be fixed when it still under bumper to bumper manufacturer warrenty it only has 3400 miles on it and they have to get permission from gm to fix.
