I had the worst experience at this salon a few weeks ago, I had an appt with stylist Nayelah. She was totally unprofessional, she kept looking at her phone checking the time, she would keep saying I had a lot of hair and wasnt sure if shed have enough time to finish when I was only doing a single color. She had only started on my roots when I told her I noticed my scalp was itchy a little she instantly made me get up to rinse my hair. I refused because it was a little itch, but she insisted so we went and rinsed. I assumed shed rinse dry and start all over. Instead she was asking me how my day looked the next day and for me to come back in the morning because she didnt have time to finish my hair. I confusingly looked at her because only my roots were colored dark and the rest of my hair was my previous color. I told her I didnt have time to come tomorrow and I needed this finished today, she kept apologizing and telling me she didnt even have enough time to dry my hair. Literally the worst customer service experience I ever had.

I was only in town for a little while, but my appointment at this salon made my trip perfect. I think this was one of my best salon experiences Ive experienced thus far. I met John who answered any and every question I had which I appreciated so much. He made sure that I knew he was available if I needed anything. He was super sweet and friendly. Nailah was my hairstylist and she was very attentive. She took her time listening to what I wanted done and captured it down to the T. Shes very friendly as well. I cant wait to come back. I would definitely recommend to a friend!

It was my first time going there and I was greeted by the manager John and my hair stylist Laura. Laura offered me something to drink when I walked in. John explained everything to me when I had questions about what they offer. I felt as if I knew John and Laura forever. Laura was so sweet and very helpful and she did a fantastic job on my hair. She will be my new hair stylist now. I would recommend going there and I will definitely be back again!!!! I felt so pampered there it was wonderful.

I had an eyelash tint appointment with Chelsea last night. I have previously been to their Largo location. This new location is relaxing and welcoming, and Chelsea was warm, friendly and professional. I will definitely go again - and ask for Chelsea.

Beautiful salon! Had my hair cut by stylist Laura Sienkiewicz . She did an amazing job on the cut as well ad a perfect blow out. I use many of the Aveda products and they had a free gift bag the day I went! Highly recommend.

Just had my hair done by Amy and she did a BEAUTIFUL job. One of the best experiences getting my hair done, love that everything is organic and quality products. Doesnt smell like your typical hair salon either, so refreshing
