I have been going there for years, and have gotten some great haircuts, and a very few not so good ones. Twice I have been given a very short man-style haircut completely against the instructions that I gave. No one likes to pay to have someone scalp them. Apparently, this person cannot understand, "do not cut my hair too short, do not cut my bangs, follow the instructions Ava wrote in your computer file". I generally tip at least 50%, and sometimes more. I will not step foot in there again. I called the next day to complain, and was told "dont just not come back, just dont get her again." Unacceptable.

Terrible...the woman who cut my hair didnt listen at all, was paying more attention to her phone than my hair, and got argumentative when I pointed out my hair was lopsided. I ended up spending more money somewhere else to fix what she had done. The manager refused to get involved, and the customer service rep I called only offered a free haircut. Dont waste time or money here.

Guys looking for a haircut, go here. Ask for Rebecca. Quick service, better cut than Aveda, very friendly, and way less than I thought it would be. Cut took maybe 20 minutes, in and out and she fixed what my last stylist did. Ill be going back.
