Heather, if youve ever told anyone that youre a Hair Stylist, you were lying. You are NOT A HAIR STYLIST. You are incompetent. I only needed 1" trimmed off. My hair already had nice layers. I took 4 pictures and showed you what I wanted. ONE INCH. Thats all I needed trimmed off. You cut CHUNKS out of my hair, and when you finished, it looked like a 1970s shag- except worse. You left a huge lump of hair at the back of my head. When I told you I didnt want a big lump of hair on the back of my head, you started razor cutting through the entire length of the hair that was hanging down below it - MAKING THE LUMP APPEAR BIGGER, and the hair that was below it now looks thin and scraggely. Then, you started making pathetic excuses for why my hair didnt look like the pictures. Word vomit! Lots of word vomit. When your true lack of professionalism came out was when I called you 20 minutes after leaving Great Clips and told you I was coming back immediately for a refund. Anyone with the slightest bit of professionalism would have met me at the front, apologized and refunded my money. But not YOU. I found you hiding behind the feather-flag at your station (the first one on the right). Then, when I called your name, you got an attitude, mumbled something, and walked out of the room. You went and hid in the back room. Find another vocation, Heather. Like I said, YOU ARE NOT A HAIR STYLIST. The one positive thing I can say- and its certainly NOT about YOU Heather, is that they did refund my money. I would NOT recommend Great Clips and I would vehemently dissuade anyone from letting Heather cut their hair.

Will never go back here. Because we didnt sign in online we were told the wait would be 25 minutes or less, which was completely understandable. After 45 minutes of watching the online sign ins come in and get seated without even waiting a minute, watching the poor attitude of several of the employees and both my young children getting understandably restless from sitting in a packed tight room with nothing to do for almost an hour, we decided we would leave and never come back. They have completely forgotten about the walk in side of their business and not one of the employees has the ability to recognize the situation. Rude people and poor business practices. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the many other establishments in the area to get your hair cut!

Brigitte, People that "know what they are doing", dont get 1 star reviews! First I explain to her what I want, then she says she can and WILL do it, washes my hair, then when I sit in the chair, she says she cant do it without even offering an explaination. I had to ask "why?". She wanted to cut my hair shorter than what I want and is refusing any other way, telling me that she knows better. Lady, how are you going to tell me what I want?! Then before I could talk, she rushes me off the seat beacause "people are walking in", then didnt even have the decency to NOT charge me the $4 charge for washing my hair when I told her that I dont want her to do my hair anymore. Horrible, do yourself a favor, and go to another place!!

Will probably never go back again. Went in with my mother. Had a coupon for $5 off a haircut shampoo and style. Sue was my "stylist". She had zero people skills. She told me she didnt need to see my coupon, did NOT listen when I told her how I wanted my haircut and didnt even bother to check the coupon. AFTER THE FACT, she came up and asked if I wanted my hair washed, etc. They then proceeded to try and satisfy me with a $7.99. The manager even tried to talk with me after I made it clear I was angry and not in the mood to talk. Apparently, listening and the ability to follow directions are not priorities at this location. I now have bangs instead of layered hair. I am STILL mad!!!

Great place with the exception of the on-line check in, that is the stupidest thing Great Clips ever did, you might as well pretend to be a real salon and go by appointment only!!! Nothing worse than going to get a haircut with your son and having to sit and watch people who come in after you go before you while you sit and wait after being told it would only be a 15 minute wait!!!

Really enjoy going here. Everyone Ive dealt with has been very friendly and I always get a good cut. Love the on line check in. Ive been to quite a few different Great clips stores and have been happy each time.

Horrible place!! And Brigitte is SO RUDE and just an all around negative person! She doesnt do very good hair cuts either! If you hate your job, then do everyone a favor and just quit!!
