i usually get my hair cut here by the dark haired girl with tattoos and she is by fair the best ive ever had. but today i go in and shes busy and im in a hurry ok no big deal, so the tall man justin calls me back, three different neon color hair, extremely flamboyant, and extremely unprofessional. made comments about lack of money at least twice that i caught as if to make me feel guilty? not to mention the absolute WORST haircut i have ever experienced, pushed the clippers so deep and hard into my scalp i felt like he was trying to cut me open, same with the comb when he did the top just gouged my scalp with ever stroke, the first time through he cut the top NOTHING like i described and i actually thought about not saying anything so i didnt have to go through that pain again, eventually my hair was so short from him messing up so many times i didnt want it any shorter so now i have multiple DISTINCT lines and spots in my hair it looks so so terrible its been over an hour and im still in pain and bleeding in a couple places from the comb.

I went this morning may 31th of may to cut my hair. One fat lady said me it will cost me 15$ for hair cut, 3& for wash and 7$ for blow dry. As she was cutting her hair she cut her finger. Which shows she is just the trainer. Hair cut wasnt as i was expecting. And after everything is done she charged me 49$. She said 30$ includes of straghting my hair as wel. Which she never mentioned while doing my hair. When i asked her she was rolling her eyes. She is one lf the rudest person i ever met in my life. Money is not the Problem here. But the the customer service and customer satisfaction overall was very disappointing. If I wanted i would get my money back. But money isnt everything. Self respect and self dignity has some value. Never ever going back to this salon and whoever goes i would suggest not to go there.

Horrible customer service. I have been twice and both times have been bad. The first time they told me I would be better to come back later. The second time I didnt realize they close at 8 PM and showed up at a quarter till and they threw the pen after signing me in clearly unhappy I showed up to late for them.

Every time I have come into the shop I have enjoyed my experience! Miranda colored my hair a reddish/black and I have NEVER been so happy with the results! That girl has talent. Not to mention she Is great at defining my eyebrows. Thank you so much Miranda, and I am thankful for your talent!

The stylists reek of cigarette smoke every time Im there. Not to mention, they smoke right by the Starbucks order screen so theres no point in treating myself to a beverage after I leave.
