Come here quite a bit usually love my serve but last two times very unhappy. The stylist the last two times argued with me about how i wanted my hair cut . It is very short .That is the way I want it. I do not want to be talked out of what I want. I always top nicely but not happy . there are hairs sticking up that should not be . i wanted to write a check was told i could not .Thank God I had a card . I left a doyble tip because I was told write what you want to pay .Thought they meant tip and cut together oh no when I went back to complain was told basically cantvyou read it is right on the card machine . No I did not see it and sge most certainly did not need a 12 dollar tip . oh well stupid me. i can guarantee that will not happen again . Today i cam in again . Different stylist but again argued about how I wanted My Hair . REALLY IT IS MY HAIR . I KNOW HOW IBWANT IT . Again pieces sticking up that are longer then the rest calked her attention to it shrugged her shoulders . there are two girls there i really really like wish I knew their names . One is very skinny and has black shoulder length hair . really love her cuts

I showed up 15 minutes before the place opens.... I also own a smart phone and multiple devices that would have allowed me to check in online. However you cant check in before they open...I walk in with an older gentleman who I allowed to go first he gets his haircut as they are"checking me in" 3 people are suddenly in front of me??? They take a guy who walked in after me back to get his haircut....Im told I am next until the other people who checked in online arrive....I spent over a half hour waiting. And I was there 1st. No haircut! No more great clips! You suck! Priority should go to those present. Especially first thing in the morning!!!!!

The stylist was friendly, and I liked that they keep a profile of your cuts. When asked how I was going to get my cut this time, I asked to go back two visits to look at the measurements for the cut done that time. She gladly went back to the computer and verified with me if the numbers she was seeing look ok with me and if that is what I wanted done again. She did a tremendous job.

Well the stylist was nice but after taking my hat off which had on all day the stylist decides to sry trim my hair on the back and around my ears and after I got home tpok a shower and the hair around my ears i had to retrim it and my wife ask why my hair on tbe back was kinda crocked so she trimmed it straighter. Not to happy aftet I gave a nice tip

I literally hate everyone who cuts hair at great clips. Ive been there 4 times and each time it gets worse. I asked to barely trim the top and exampled 1/4 inch, and they cut off 1 1/2 inches. I want all of you to get fired. youre garbage. I hope you go bald and d*e alone.
