My boyfriend goes there and its always hit and miss he always gets the same cut very simple a fade with a 0-4 not difficult but most the time he comes home he has a line and hes always gotta take the trimmers to his new hair. But we have always delt with very nice girls. Its still the only place we go bc when they get it right they get it right lol. I fill this is how it is where ever you go some ppl are better then others and some are worse then others so just find the right person for your needs and wants and once you find that one person that does your hair flawless take the name and just always go to her. Great clips has good variety when it comes to the Ps and Qs of all the different cuts out there so find the right fit for you and it will all work out great.

I recieve a haircut there two days ago it was awful and I went to school for cosmetology and the girl cutting my hair acted like i knew nothing she didnt cut my hair how i asked her to and was saying to the whole salon with her big mouth how dried out my hair was even though i cant help it im pregnant and my hair is taking a lot i know but she didnt have to announce it she also decided to make nasty faces to the girl behind her (obviously she didnt work there or at any salon long enough to notice all the mirrors) she was talking bad about other girls that work there. I will be telling everyone i know to never ever go there that was the worst experience i have ever had.

I went in expecting a good haircut. I asked the lady to just a trim and use size 8 clippers and she was very reluctant to use them. And she dropped them on the floor and proceeded to use them on me. Then when she reached the top of my and took off at least 3 inches off my hair, and now the front of my hair has bald spots. I even specifically asked to leave more on the top than the sides and I honestly think there is more hair on my sides than the top. Im very upset and I dont even think my hair will grow back in time to start my new school. THE WORST PLACE. I am very unhappy and upset.

This is a quick, basic haircut place for those who dont want to pay a lot or who expect haute couture. You dont go to Walmart to buy a mink coat, do you? I had the best haircut of my life here a few weeks ago. Many times its not that way, but this time it was. I was more than pleased. But expect an inexpensive haircut and if it exceeds normal expectations, consider yourself blessed. You can also check in online if you wait until after they open to do so. They cut hair for a great price. Period. This happens to be a mile from me so its my choice to go here.

I have to give kudos to stylist Jennifer. I had my hair cut at a local salon and paid quite a bit of money and got the most horrific hack job Ive ever received. First time in my life I cried about my hair. Went to Great Clips just to see if they could even things up without having to pay another fortune, and Jennifer not only fixed it (as best as she could do - there were places where I had 1/2" of hair up almost to my crown), but did so with patience and understanding of how I was feeling.

Very good customer service. The young lady that called my name and informed that she was not very experienced with cutting hair. I love the fact that she was very upfront , and I might say she did a phenomenal job..I was very impressed! I do not like the online check in ! When Im at work or happen to be in town and I just want to stop and get a haircut, it is very annoying to me to be sitting there and random people just walk in, are able to go ahead of me to get a haircut..

No matter what, I always expect to have a quality haircut. Whether you work at Penzones or Great Clips you should always do your best work and satisfy your customer. I know for me personally, I try to do all things to the best of my ability. Thats just me though, I guess. 9 times out of 10 I come home and fix my own hair. I dont have a whole lot of money to spend on a haircut but that doesnt mean I dont deserve quality.

Horrible customer service. Have to contact corporate to even get an answer. I would come here (for the past 5 years!) Because it was cheap and close to shopping for me afterwards. Never again. Dont waste your time here. Especially if you have special wants/needs.

I dont think I have ever seen the same girl cutting hair twice. They seem to hire girls right out of school who shouldnt be cutting hair let alone charging people for this crap. I have had to fix my haircut multiple times and I will never go back.

I dont know what the lady was going for but it sure as hell wasnt a pixie. I said pixie. Not slightly smaller bowl cut. Unfortunately, i cant rate less than 1 star. Going back hoping to get it fixed tomorrow before my sisters wedding.

I cant get anyone to understand how I want my hair cut. Its not a difficult cut. A tapered cut in the back and on the sides. Thats it! Only one person understood and she went back to where she lives closer to.

Absolute worst haircut i have had. Long hairs sticking out all over my head. And the lady cut me on the back of my neck with her clippers. Cut my sons hair and left hair all over his face and behind his ears.

I asked for a faux hawk fade and they shaved the sides of my head and gave me a mohawk....they are horrible...DONT GO HERE
