I hate leaving negative reviews, I really do., but I am really disappointed with my hair. The girl was fresh out of school, which I know we all have to start somewhere, but she didnt even ask before using a razoring technique on my hair. She just took the scissors and scraped them down my hair to create a face framing layer.I nearly fell out of my chair because I stopped doing the razor thing like 10 years ago because my hair cant handle it. Im 30, and I look like a teenager trying to be punk or emo. The layer is too short and my hair does NOT do well with razor cutting because its a fine texture and frizzes easily. Since the razoring doesnt create a clean cut...well it looks frazzled on the ends. Its been two weeks and I look like I havent had a haircut in 8 months. I also had to tell her to fix the layers about 3 times because they were uneven, one side was thicker than the other and one side was LONGER than the other. I will NOT go back to this location.

I was greeted politely and promptly taken to a chair. Nirvana was pleasant, asking about my preferences and offering her expert advise. She was gentle and very skilled. It has been 3 weeks since my last cut and my hair continues to lay beautifully. Thank you so much Nirvana!
