I am very grateful to the Y for being one of the sponsoring facilities for the Focus Magazines "Mission Slimpossible" challenge. Working out with trainers, Lisa and Victoria along with participating in the Diabetes Prevention Program with Cindy and all the fitness classes worked for me in a way I thought would no longer be possible. This is the best Y in the area and I recommend highly that anyone looking to get back on track, start right here in Plant City. Of course, our team won the Slimpossible challenge!
