Beware if you join !!! I was a member for over a year and to my surprise I went there on a Monday and they were moving to Dade city.Being a regular patron I thought I had missed something since I had been there the Friday before and was given no notice whatsoever.Also there are constantly kids running around with no one saying or doing anything about it.Hopefully they will rectify some of these in a new locale butci doubt it very much since the same owners and staff will be involved.Lastly maybe they will also stop all the wannabe mma fighters from openly throwing kicks and punches while people are there to workout in what the gym is supposed to be for and thats weightlifting and fitness.a this is only my opinion that Im expressing and its based on my experience there so please make your own judgment.

Decent equipment. Terrible scam. The local gym has proved itself to be one of the most repulsive business Ive ever worked with. Multiple friends and family members of myself have found it is impossible to cancel a membership here. My mother put her account on hold in January. My girlfriend and I cancelled our memberships in person, on location, roughly 3 months ago. I have recently found that all three of these accounts and persons have continued to be charged. I would simply like to have these accounts closed, the money returned for the months in which they should have not been charged, and to never do business with a company that is as un-professional and shady as is this one.

If your like me I love to read reviews to get a feel of what Im about to get into. So let me say Ive been in and out of gyms for over twenty years and I must say this establishment is by far the worst gym Ive every been to. I regret the day signing up and truly blame myself for that mistake. The only reason I join was bc of how close they were to me and how reasonable the membership was. Over looking how dirty, how poor the equipment is and... the lack of quality business sense. They dont care about the members and are only there to take your money. So if your looking to join BEWARE!!!!!

I joined bc is near to me and "24hrs" but They arent 24 hours the gym equipment bad not fulled alignment and some are broken so i stoped going because the only time i can go is closed so as today they couldnt get my payment information and immediately and so quickly they call me to update the information so that telling me all they care is the $$$$ so i Went to cancel and they said I had Contract and I Have to pay a fee to cancel my membership Then they charging me $25 To be cancelled Dont waste your money it all they care about

Came in today looking for the Kyokushin karate Dojo that is listed at this address. I asked the kid at the desk if classes are offered anyway. He was more interested in whatever was on his smartphone than in generating new business. He mumbled that karate was offered, but could give me no information on the style, sensei, etc. Could not even offer me a pamphlet or flyer providing this info. Found the website later where none of this information was posted either, but the exorbitant class fees were. Why bother?

While the price per month seems good, the quality and aged machinery makes it hard to get a decent workout. # 6 machine is wearing out and the back row of treadmills have a least one feature not working. Big overhaul overdue.... Also want a discounted price for a married couple NOT wanting classes, just the gym. You are offering discounts for many other "groups" - mostly with kids or taking classes too, why not married couples?

I am not happy I rejoined this past Thursday because it is conveniently close to work and home I am in the parking lot now 4 days later and the gym is closed.... relocated to another city out of my way and very inconvenient. Had I been told this 4 days ago I would not have rejoined. They better give me a full refund of all fees paid. I am not happy!!! And the deserve 0 stars.And of course the voice mailbox is full.

This has been the worst gym Ive ever been to!!! They arent 24 hours, gym equipment sucks and half are broken... Went almost everyday and they were closed each time, so in a month I ended up going roughly 6 times. Went to cancel and they said I had to give them a month notice to cancel, so they will be charging me for an extra month for nothing... DONT JOIN THIS GYM!!!!

The facility itself is not bad but the staff is incompetent. I was charged an extra $5 so that my payment would be non-recurring only to have been charged for a month I did not use the gym. When I called to correct this I was given the run around by someone who knew nothing. Speaking to a manager is just a moot point. Dont bother.

This gym is everything you need. Lots of classes to choose from, childcare that is affordable, friendly knowledgeable staff and its 24/7! Its in a very large place, so you never feel crowded. Lots of equipment. Def give it the highest rating!

They relocated without any notice. There are children running around the entire gym with staff not saying a word; moreover, there are never any paper towels or soap to clean after yourself. Worst gym ever!!!

This gym if you want to call it that will take your money and run. Poor workout equipment, filthy and no business ethics. Do yourself a favor and for the love of God DONT JOIN!!!!
