Ive been coming here for about 9 months now and have never regretted joining. From all the personal help they offer to the classes, it was been great. The facility is clean and always stocked with nice clean towels and anti-bacterial wipes to clean off the equipment. I have not used the spa but that seems to be a good facility too. It is open 7 days a week but you can sign up for 24 hour access. I have recommended this facility to a number of people. I dont have Silver Sneakers with my insurance but if you do, that is something to check into, it would be no cost to you. Check it out!!!!!

I went for a tour today of this gym for the "silver sneakers" program; the gal at the front desk was not very helpful or informative. She had no enthusiasm, didnt offer to show me the whole place, she just pointed to the area where the locker rooms were and group classes were but didnt offer to show them to me. She needs an attitude adjustment as she didnt act like she wanted to do her job or be there. To me she was just there for a paycheck.

Online system doesnt work (for months and being aware of issue). No full time employees who can accommodate reasonable appointment requests and girl at front desk is a complete ditz. Moves at a snails pace and does not know what shes doing (or care). The center is ill run and trying to book a "relaxing" appointment is more stressful than relaxing. Go some place professional, this place is ridiculous.

Wife and I joined in August 2016. No regrets here. ALL staff are friendly and helpful, facility is always clean and tidy and there are classes to take with the trainers. If you need a little extra attention, the trainers also have personal sessions (for an additional cost, of course). I recently signed up for the BOOST program and am enjoying it very much. Highly recommend!

Everyone was really nice! Overall Very clean gym! Also stays open 24 hours, which is great for people who work late!! Although this place is smaller in size they had everything I needed and a great class selection !! In addition to all of this it was very affordable! Going to CREATION is deffinitly a favorite part of my day and should be a part of yours too!

so unorganized. Always new people "starting and training" Lack of availability. Have to talk to manager or director to get anything done. Staff is horribly trained and appointments take at least 3 weeks (or you can go with one of the "new people who are learning") Save your money and go some place professional.

New facility and always clean. Staff is happy to help with any equipment I dont know how to use and I never feel pressured to buy a million other things. Smoothie bar is a plus. Love the spa amenities and the focus on holistic wellness. You have to check out their educational classes too!

Staff is always so friendly and helpful! Whenever I need help with a machine, they are always there to help me and the place is always so clean. The group classes are great too! So many different kinds and keep the members happy. I would recommend to everyone!

Horrible. Disorganized. Be careful before you actually pay - once they have your money they will not give it back (they say no refunds but thats not stated anywhere in my paperwork)

Its a great gym, they have lots of free classes with membership. The staff is excellent and the smoothies area incredible.
