A GREAT PLACE TO GET YOUR DIESEL ON!!! I’ve been a member at Anytime Fitness Seffner for over two years now. I went through the transition in ownership. While I’m pretty low maintenance and mainly kept to myself, just happy to have a place close by with 24 hour access, there is a marked difference in the attendance, attitude…and energy at the gym now. It’s just a great place to be. The new owner, Rick, started making improvements the minute he arrived. Right away there was a water cooler and vending machines with both bottled water and healthy snack options. He replaced the spray bottle/paper towel system with gym wipe dispensers to quickly and conveniently sanitize the equipment after use. The place looks and feels fantastic with new paint, new flooring in the class area, and a nice waiting area up front. Rick is so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It’s obvious he loves having this business and he’s both proactive and responsive when it comes to members’ needs. This means from facility upkeep to the options and services available to members and customers. I love that I can just come in and do my own thing…ride a bike, do a weight circuit and be in and out, or take part with others in a class. The instructors/ trainers and classes here are AWESOME. You can tell they love what they do, and equally as important, they really know their stuff. I get a GREAT workout and they make it fun!!! It’s really cool to do something you couldn’t do a few weeks ago and realize you’re getting stronger, and to see the progress others are making as well. In Zumba we have all different ages, sizes and colors all dancing our little hearts out and shakin our booties. We even had a Zumba dance party recently to celebrate our instructor’s 1 year anniversary at this facility. We had a disco ball, glow bracelets, live bongos, and healthy snacks on a picnic blanket after. Getting involved actually motivated me to pursue an idea I’d been kicking around of doing a triathlon. Being a member at Anytime Fitness Seffner played a key role in turning that idea into a goal, and then accomplishing that goal. I felt like I had the tools and contacts and the emotional and practical support to do it. Everyone has different fitness goals and needs. Anytime Fitness is a great environment with a phenomenal staff to educate, inspire, and offer options for everyone. I’ve been a member at several other larger gyms and a couple smallish ones. I can honestly say this is my favorite, hands down. If you were here before and had a bad experience, I encourage you to come check it out…you won’t even know you’re in the same place, seriously. If you’re looking for a gym, look here!! Hope to see you soon!

Hello all I’ve been a member of Anytime Fitness for 3 years now and I travel all over the country for my company (telecommunications engineer). Therefore, I enjoy the fact that I can walk into any ATF to workout. The other day I renewed my contract at my home location and when you renew it may drop you out of the National system when updating their database for up to one month. I found this out when I tried to log in at the ATF in Seffner, FL. So I called my home ATF office and talked with the staff who informed me that I should just be able to talk with the manager/ owner and show him/her my contract (which I had present). Well as I walked into the Anytime Fitness in Seffner using the guess entrance the owner/manager greeted me rudely not even 8 feet thru the door. As I began to explain my case to him he cut me off and said “I’m not going to let you work out here you’re not legal and you could be lying to me. I need you to leave”. Now I understand that each ATF is privately owned and they have the right to refuse service to anyone. However, I’ve been to well over 40 different ATF clubs and have never been treated so rude. Even having my one-year paid in full contract in hand did not help me. The man didn’t even want to look it over and to be called a liar on top of that. To all I would like to say there are plenty of ATF club some are nicer than others so please don’t let one disappointing location spoil your judgment of the Anytime Fitness franchise. I would not recommend the ATF in Seffner, FL.

I go to this gym occasionally when Im not able to go to the Anytime fitness I normally workout at. If you dont walk in with a towel, be prepared for the owner to be next to you in 5 seconds asking "Where is your towel? Do you have one? You cant workout unless you have a towel." First time I was there he was very rude to me, made me show him my ID, saying that anyone could take my key fob and log in here and try to workout. You guys took my picture, you know what I freaking look like. Do you think someone cloned my face so they could save the 30 bucks a month? I accidently left a 45lb plate on the bench press and he ran over to me as I was walking away and said "Hey, are you done with that???" OMG REALLY? Why dont you just take off the 45lb weight? You cant lift it? Or just say, Ill take care of it, but just please try to unload the weight when you are finished. It seems like he is constantly watching for you to do something wrong and then he is ever so quick to run over and tell you about it. I was trying to figure out how to work a machine Ive never used before for about 3 or 4 mins, did he show up? NOPE! I find it funny that he has 3 signs in this TINY bathroom to turn off the lights. You really need 3 signs for that? I love Anytime Fitness, but not this location.

I have been a member of this gym for about 1 year and decided that I no longer needed a gym membership. Trying to cancel my membership with this Anytime Fitness has been a pain in the butt! I go to the gym to speak with the owner (Robert) about cancelling and he tells me to email him using the gyms email address on the website. Yeah, not as easy as I thought. I email him twice with no luck...and with still being charged! I call the club and speak with him, yet again telling me to do the same thing. This time I get an email response but the billing company now is telling me that my account still is showing active. What the heck?? My membership was supposed to be "no contract" Yeahhh right! Not to mention he was rude on the phone asking "well why are you cancelling? You have only used it so many times blah blah blah." Moral of the story, looking for a gym? Dont go here or you will never get out of it!

Been a member here now for a month. Owner was very nice when I came with the free 7 day trial coupon from the website. I signed up a few days later and have not had any problems since. I usually go at night because it fits my schedule better. Even the personal trainer there has been nice to me and gives me tips, showed me how to use EVERY piece of equipment in the gym, and im not even paying for personal training. Yes, theres a big sign when you walk in that says everyone MUST have a towel to enter. I dont think this is asking too much I mean do you really wanna sit or lay down in someone elses sweat after they used a machine? of course not. Im not a major germaphobe, but even I can appreciate that club mgmt. promotes cleanliness. Club is always clean, and fresh smelling when I go, equipment is maintained well. No complaints here.
