I love this gym! So much more to offer than your standard LA Fitness or Anytime Fitness and much better deals than Title boxing or other competitors. I never get bored with my workouts here and since Im getting my cardio and muscle work in at the same time, I cut my workout time almost in half. This location is now under new management and has new better trainers. Every time I go in I get hands on attention. Also, the classes are awesome! I get a great workout in every time!

Do not go and workout here, it is a waste of money. Yes, it is cheap but you get what you pay for. Fitness for 10 upgraded their machines sooner than this place. I went here two years ago and I came back last week and they have the same punching bag/equipment as before. Oh and you cannot drink their water since it stinks. When you check out this place, check out their water.

Awesome staff but hours are horrible. I signed up to try it out, cant make it after work since they close so early and cant go before work because they open at 10. Waste of money. No way to get out of membership either. Be cautious when considering joining this gym.

At first, I loved it...but first impressions can be deceiving...it was a mistake joining this gym...now I have to pay almost $1k to get out of this membership that I will never use again! Please dont make the same mistake guys!

You go in the Am its Run by Adults who will give you a good work out. You go in the evening its ran by teens who could care less if your there or not. They will not come aroundvto check up on you to help you or anything.
