I chose wisely before hiring a personal trainer. I interviewed a few and John proved himself to be the expert and professional I was looking for. Fast forward to his training sessions in the months I have been training with him I have never done the same work out twice. His focus on getting all muscles to work together in balance and strengthening the core is unique and simply gets results. I do not have lots of extra time as a busy professional so the action packed 30 minutes with John I get more out of then previous trainers in 1 hour which was important to me. If you are looking for a professional that cares about your goals just as much as you do than you gotta do yourself a favor and call him for a session soon. Also this gym is super clean, state of the art and I have never seen a machine broken ever. Also it has never been overly busy and I have never waited on a fitness machine ever. I cant sing John and the gyms praises more. Thank you John for your commitment to be the best trainer and for providing outstanding service to your clients.

Evolution has a great atmosphere, all members are friendly and of all different fitness levels which makes you feel comfortable to be there.
