The place is very nice, even tho the Playground is very small, the customer service at the Sunrise/Tamarac Location is not good, the play with prices, you have to negotiate to par, whatever is convenient for them, for over 2 month, they told me and assured me they would pick my child from the school, the Friday before School started, I called to double check and they said their management changed and they dont have the min children required to go to that school, they let me super hanging, Im so upset, they TOLD ME she will be picked up monday no problem, they told me I was going to get free registration, and when Im trying to make the payment for the week, they tell me they cant HOW IRRESPONSIBLE!!!!!

Im very happy with the staff, programs and facilities at Childtime. A friend recommended it after we tried 3 different schools in less than 3 years. I will be sorry to leave as our boys grow up and out of the programs offered. For now, we are extremely comfortable with keeping our kids there as long as possible. A nice clean organized facility with good programs is important, but its the people that make all the difference. The directors and all the teachers are just incredible, regularly going above and beyond their duties. Sometimes the boys dont want to go home!

My 19 month old started here five months ago. I have had a great experience with all the teachers and staff. Theyve all been very personal and kind to my baby and myself. Elizabeth the administrator has always found ways to work with us. She makes me feel like she genuinely cares about our baby and takes the focus away from feeling like a dollar sign. Id like to specifically thank Natasha, Nelly, and Nicole for being so amazing to my little girl and always making me feel confident in their abilities to lovingly care for her.

I love Childtime, my son has been at the center since he was 7 months old in the infant room, he is now a big by in the toddler room. He loves going to school in the morning. He has space to run, dance, and explore in the classroom. He has learned so much already and I know he is well-cared for when I leave him in the morning. The staff is very nurturing, caring, and friendly. I also think the playground is a good size.

I LOVE childtime. My son has been there since he was 3 months old and now he is almost 4 years old. They have the best teachers and the best manager (Elizabeth). I truly recommend this daycare. My son learns new things everyday and he loves going to daycare everyday.
