My oldest son is almost 8yo and has attended Kidzone since 4yo. His little brother has been there since infancy and is now in VPK. (before they dissolved the infant classes) We have been no less than pleased at every aspect of the school, from the open hours for wraparound to the Funzone to the superior A Beka curriculum they use for the older kids. (If you do your homework, you see what a highly rated program this is). If you go into any school/daycare with the hope or expectation of perfection, you will be gravely disappointed every time. Ask yourself what your make-it-or-break-its are and find a place that meets them. Kidzone meets mine! And I have recommended them to others who have subsequently sent their kids there and have also been extremely pleased. And they are always current with trends, if not ahead of the curve technologically, to keep the kids learning life skills. I have had very few issues or concerns since my kids have been attending, however when I have, the teachers and office staff have had listening ears, offered explanations and then solutions when something needed correction. What more could you ask for?? But remember.....as parents, it is our job to be involved and work WITH those that we entrust our children to, NOT to just complain and then judge. I have witnessed this more than I can count and frequently I see those children are no longer there. Maybe that was the best for the child, but I have also witnessed several of those children return the following season. So......I guess their parents realized that the grass isnt always greener on the other side! The smaller class sizes for the elementary school kids, the familiarity with all of the teachers, and the consistent enrollment provides more of a "family" feel, as my sons have been "growing up" with many of these kids for several years. And one of his best friends is benefitting from the ELC supplement support so he can attend, so why wouldnt you want to check them out? I give hats off to this professional, loving and beautifully imperfect Academy. The management and staff does a phenomenal job of marrying daycare and school, love with discipline, and setting a great example of a small community within our community. Great job!

I am very disspointed in this school and how its run. This is what you call a money hungry school and the one taking the money are the owners and directors . This is the first time I leave my son with anyone, anywhere and when I first saw the school Im not going to lie it was nice and very impressive with its technology , indoor playground and indoor train BUT after me being there the first day as it was already in process I can tell it it wasnt going to work out. There is NO security at this place whatsoever NO cameras at all as you arrive at the "Funzone" anyone can pick up your child as long as you know the childs name they dont verify IDs at all. Also OPEN PROPERTY no gates a lot of open space a kid can just wonder off and worse there is a canal right by the school. For lunch time since my son was in the plus program nothing but a cookie was touched in his lunch box no water was opened no juice no milk nothing NOW I understand kids dont like to eat sometimes and they are picky BUT I need a teacher to be there with kids and eat with them as a whole class that will really get the kids to eat. Now when I was enrolling my son they loved me "oh youre gonna love it here we cant wait to have yall" all lovey dovey but dropping my son out WOAH major attitude wasnt so lovey dovey . Im doing whats BEST for my child and if you cant understand find another job and be a little more compassionate to mothers . Youll survive without my son enrolled in the school.

I love Kidzone, mostly because of Ms. Cheri and Ms. Christine. I am not impressed with the office staff. No matter what time I call, no matter what day I call.... No answer and no call back when I leave a message. I picked my son up one day only to find him sleeping in a corner in the fun zone because the office never bothered to call me to inform me that my son had gotten sick and was throwing up. I live 5 minutes away and could have easily gotten him. When my son was being bullied, the office staff didnt care one bit. Even though I was one of MANY parents in the office complaining at that time about one child bullying everyone. Now, back to the good side... Ms. Cheri was amazing with the kids, and my son loved her to pieces. She always went out of her way to make the kids enjoy learning, and dont even get me started on her parties! :) Ms. Christine watched the kids after the pre k class ended and my son loved her as well. She was good with the kids, and watched them like a hawk :) When she was off, a different woman watched them in the fun zone... That was the day my son ran out the doors when I got there, and no one even noticed -_- So, all in all.... Its a great place IF you get the right teacher... And dont need to deal with the office.

I really liked my daughters teachers in the three year old room but the school is run very poorly. They will entice you with all their technology which is NEVER USED by the children. The Fun Zone is cool but I would also like my daughter to learn her numbers, letters, and do art projects. Not one art project was sent home in the 6 weeks she was there and I think it is because the teachers are overwhelmed with students in their classrooms. The number of students in her class was really high, even with two teachers in a class. I was also appalled that the students watch movies almost daily in the afternoon. I worked in preschools, and television was not allowed as part of our curriculum. There just seems to be a lack of procedures. And dont get me started on security! I have noticed a real change in my daughter and I am hoping that putting her in a new school will help. The bottom line here is money. They do not care about children.

This school is awesome. My son is attending the pre-K program and is in love with vowels. Be warned parents, this is no daycare, no school chain, it is a really school, with a real curriculum. My son has always been interested in learning and very social but WOW, what a difference a school makes. He begs me to teach him his vowels at night and is starting to read. I am so impressed with his teachers as well as the other teachers and staff there. They are so loving and nurturing. The kids have so much confidence and I love that - they can conquer the wold, thanks to Kidzone. By the way the Fun Zone, their indoor playground is no joke. Wish I were 4 again. Kidzone is light years ahead of its time. I saw all the great reviews and thought it was a joke, how can almost everyone love it - no joke parents...this school is the BEST in the county. It even has a performing arts theater.
