I stood in line for about 15 minutes just to order. As I went to place my order I was told it would be another 35 to 40 minutes for my order to come out. Almost an hour for a sloppy Chimichanga? I guarantee you the food is not worth the wait. I say that not expecting anything special, food wise. minus the atmosphere, the food (taste wise) is like Qdoba or Moes, plus a 55 minute wait time. Actually Moes is better and faster. Qdoba is the same taste wise, but at least wayyyyyyy faster. The time I went before this the wait wasnt as long, and I got a burrito with a side of chips...I should have taken a picture, I got about 5 chips for the side. Theyre busy only because theyre a new spot in Riverview. P.S. If you get a side of chips at Qdoba or Moes, youll get more than 5.

The food and service at this was excellent! One of the employees noticed that my beverage needed to be refilled without me inquiring. However, not necessarily bad, this location is much different in the atmosphere than several of the other locations that Ive frequented. I assume the environment is more geared towards families which seems odd seeing lots of children at this location. Regardless, the new location is a very welcomed addition to this area that is primarily unhealthy fast food and bbq joints. Thanks for a great dining experience, T-Flats; I will definitely be back!

I love tacos! I also really like Tijuana Flats. This particular restaurant has a new layout from the others Ive visited. Its clean, open, and inviting. Really like the new layout design. Tijuana Flats, if you havent been before, is well known for their hot sauce bar. Ive tried most of them but I always go back to their original hot sauce, "Smack My Ass & Call Me Sally". Its the best - in my humble opinion, but you should try them all. The service is great and the food is great. The servers are always happy to bring refills for your drink. Check it out!

This place is great, was so excited to hear one was coming to the area. Unfortunately there is NOWHERE to park.. who built this place?? It is absurd how they do not have enough parking for these new places? A new restaurant next door that is open for breakfast and lunch and a few other places share this parking lot... Dont forget its on 301 so you take your life into your hands parking elsewhere and trying to walk with no crosswalk or sidewalk.. moral of the story?? Avoid lunch here it will just sour your stomach trying to park.

Good food and great service!! I was calling in an order on mothers day around 8:55... Not realizing they closed at 9 that day... Of course I expected they would not be able to accommodate my order, but the young lady over the phone said it would not be an issue, and when I arrived the food was well prepared and all in order. Plus they were kind enough to honor the promotion for my fiance on mothers day!! Exceptional service!!

Oh man where do I start? The food here is excellent, even if youre just stopping to grab some chips and queso on the go. The appearance and art style is really nice inside and the staff is great. The only problem is the parking. Sometimes there isnt a single spot open during rush times. They also serve beer on tap here. No more Taco Bell for me! Check out their taco Tuesdays and burrito thursdays, both are affordable.

Place looks awesome, me my girlfriend have been waiting for it to open. We decided to go today for Taco Tuesday. We get there very friendly staff. We order ask for two beers. They have NO beer! But advertise they do. They have neon bar signs all over the windows. Do not advertise beer if you do not have beer license. We live two mintues away and will not be back. I will go to Fuzzys in Brandon area.

I would give it a 1 star but the service was impeccable!!! First time there and I will never go back. I was so excited they had enchiladas but they are awful! They are also way too expensive for the food you dont get. We also need vegan options like Moes so they do not care about allergies to meat and dairy. Im so disappointed too. But Im sticking with Moes and for the same price, Taco Bus

Went for a second time today, and both service and food were better than the first time. Glad to see an improvement from opening week! Would be 5 stars if only they had a better parking situation. I have gone several times, found no parking spots, and left to go elsewhere. Pretty poor planning when the place was built!

Second trip here since the grand opening. Grand opening was kind of a nightmare seeing the crowd was so big. This time, it was a much better experience. Each time we had excellent food excellent service and not even a single complaint. Tijuana Flats as one of the better restaurants in the South Riverview area.

This place has more variety on the menu than chipotle or qdoba and a hot sauce island. Need I mention that they have churros, to close the deal? Now my order wasnt absolutely mind blowing but it was nice to have something different, I will return to try the rest of the menu and keep ya posted.

Great customer service, fast service and delicious food. I just wish the menu was posted, because if you dont get one until you reach the register, you feel rushed even though they dont rush you to order. Overall, great staff, clean restaurant, and I recommend eating here.

So far so good! This Tijuana Flats just opened a few months ago and my family has gone a bunch of times already! The food is really good and the customer service has been excellent. Love trying all of the different hot sauces and the queso is delicious!

Love this place! Hope it never changes. Food and service was excellent. Love the graffiti on the walls. Thrilled you are now in our area. Only downside is VERY limited parking, but gave it 5 stars anyways because the food is just that good!

Love Tijuana Flats but there is absolutely no parking here during the hours that First Watch is open. They need to do something or just close up and let the other place have all the parking. I will go to the Brandon location from now on.

The food is delicious! Would you consider switching to soda bottles with a twist off cap instead of those that require a bottle opener? One of your tasty little peppers nearly killed me when I couldnt get to my Coca-cola!

The Loaded Nachos are awesome. Their wide array of varying degrees of hot sauces is completely terrific. I love being able to get any type of sauce on any entree. Great service. Just sometimes a bit crowded. :-)

Super excited that this new location opened. Riverview needs more restaurants so I am really happy that Tijuana Flats opened. The service was amazing. Food came out fast and was fresh. I will continue to go back.

The food is good especially the tacos but I went yesterday (7/31/17) and had the philly flautas and got food poisoning. Im sure Ill eventually be back but for now Ill be staying away.
