Hubba Hubba offered smoked turkey and sides for Thanksgiving. WOW! It was so delish (and cost effective). I normally cook all day, but I have to admit, getting a delish dinner from Hubba Hubba for the holidays makes my day feel like a holiday too. How did you keep the turkey so juicy? Much more relaxed than last year when I was up at the crack of dawn getting my bird ready for the feast. We loved it and what a great roasted root side dish and green salad. I so appreciate the quality ingredients you use in your dishes. I would never order a holiday meal from a restaurant that didnt use quality ingredients all year. Thanks so much! We miss Hubba Hubba when we travel (honestly).

The ribs, pork shoulder, and beef brisket are cooked the time honored way - slowly, overnight, using a big iron door hardwood smoker. They add inventive sides that are chef prepared, and a selection of their own sauces. There are daily specials like fish tacos to provide some variety. Its in a beautiful outdoor setting, and the counter service is simple and efficient. I get hungry driving by. The owners have now opened (March 2017) a new breakfast/brunch spot in a separate building above HH - called Honey and Salt, with a gracious (indoor) summer camp decor, and a tantalizing menu. I can eat every meal there now!

Awesome people, awesome food. Eat here. Hubba Hubba catered the rehearsal dinner for my sons wedding and it was perfect. They were wonderful to work with and the food was, as I said, awesome. The site was exactly what we were looking for. The staff was wonderful. They were helpful, happy, smiling, and laughing with us. In planning the event they listened carefully to understand what we wanted, made great suggestions on things we could do or selections we might want, and worked to make the evening the special event that we hoped for. We will be eating at Hubba Hubba again. I have no doubt. You should too.

A little more expensive than most bbq, but definitely worth it. Each of their meats is delicious, and all of their sides are worth trying. The location is a little out of the way, but its kinda cool that its tucked away in a forest. I always see kayakers from the area who stop by. The servers are always friendly. Its fun to see their kids learning a good work ethic on the weekends, and they encourage youth to participate in their bbq competitions. Overall, its worth stopping by if youre in the area.

Oh man, what a gem. Every time I think Ive found the best barbecue place around, I have to rethink all of my rankings. This one is a keeper. Absolutely fantastic pork, and the price is good on all of the menu items. Plus, its practically attached to the Flat Rock Bakery for dessert purposes. Its CASH ONLY (or check, but its 2017, so cash only), so be aware of that. There is an ATM on site, but obviously youre better off coming prepared.

I had been wanting to try this place for a long time and I finally made it. I was disappointed in their selection of sauces to not have a "hot" flavor. They had mustard base, chipotle, vinegar, and sweet, but nothing with a little kick. The BBQ was very tasty as was their cornbread and cheese biscuit. I loved their pimento cheese grits also, never had anything like it previously. Very pretty place to eat outside but inside seating is limited.

Super good food. Great service getting it to you as well. I make it a point to eat here at least twice a month. If this place was on a busier street there would be a line round the block for sure. But its in Flat Rock. On the upside of that the atmosphere is great. Outdoor seating, with heat if you need it. They also have an outdoor fireplace and plenty of covered seating. If you in Flat Rock you defiantly need to stop here.

Friends who have a home nearby took us here for lunch. We loved the place too! Great pork bar-b-que. You pick your own sauce from many on a side table. Sautéed slaw was very good too. The entire menu looked inviting. Seating outdoors, casual. They only accept cash or checks. Go hungry because you will walk away full !

Everyone reviewing on here tells how great the food is. And it is extremely good. But I want to say that the lady taking the orders and the lady handing it out were very friendly and accommodating. Made our delicious meal all the more enjoyable. Will definitely be back.

This is seriously some amazing BBQ and brisket! Hubba Hubba is probably my favorite BBQ place. Its all outdoor seating, but they do have restrooms and covered sections. It feels secluded but is very open with very intentional landscaping and asthetics. I highly recommend.

Ive had BBQ all over this country, and this was some of the best. Pulled pork was to die for. Fish Tacos were fantastic as well. Baked Beans and cheddar biscuits were wonderful. Super cool vibe to the place. I bet its amazing in the Fall.

BBQ to die for in a quaint little town. I appreciated that they take only cash or checks to keep their cost down. The pulled pork and BBQ sauce are amazing and the sides are very unique and tasty! We always come here when visiting skytop orchard.

My wife and I have had plenty of barbecue around the south - Florida, the Carolinas and eastern Tennessee, as well as Memphis. We have concluded that Hubba Hubba Smokehouse is THE best. Cant wait to get to Flat Rock and get some! Thanks Starr!

Amazing flavor! Had the pulled pork and sautéed slaw. The slaw had a bit of cumin flavor to it and was cooked al dente, which is different than any Id tried at other joints. It paired very well with the pork. Try the mustard BBQ sauce!

This is the real thing - meat smoked over hickory and oak. No gimmicks and no tricks. The results are fantastic. The ribs and pulled pork are great. The sides are varied and tasty. And happily, they serve Oskar Blues beers.

I was last here about 5 years ago when it was just a couple of picnic tables gets since gotten much better and nicer and prettier but the food has not suffered one bit as sometimes happens when places expand

So very good. We stopped here on our way through and found our way down the hill to the outside dining on a beautiful late summer/fall day. The BBQ was great and they way they have it all set up was perfect.

Amazing! May I suggest tiki posts or those things to keep away flies and other flying insects? That would be even more amazing! But the ribs were great! Just perfect! Will deff. go back soon!

Absolutely the best bbq Ive had in a long time...quality of the food is amazing! In my opinion its better than 12 bones hands down! Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!

Love it! Love it! Try the special on Friday / Saturday - Smoked Fish Tacos, with a mild salsa and avacado slaw... knock your socks off. I have never been disapointed.
