My company ordered from this location for lunch today and I am highly disappointed to say the least. My co-workers spoke highly of Fire house subs so I decided to order from there. Once I recieved my sandwich the bread was wet!!!! The lettuce was wilted. Whoever made the sandwich was extremly heavy handed with the sauce! I attempted to try and eat the sandwich and when i went to pick it up the bread just dripped out of my hands from it soaking in juice! Absolutely unacceptable! Then when I called to complain the lady was extremly rude and short with me! Worst exprience ever!! I ended up getting a new sandwich made but I will never eat there again!

I go to Firehouse all the time. I love them and by no means do I want to leave a bad review. However, The manager on duty 7/19 shorter lady has horrible customer service skills. I asked for some sauce and the lady lashed at me. I am not a worker and I did not deserve to be spoke to in that manner. The gentleman behind the counter was super sweet and kinda shocked at the way she spoke with me. He got me my sauce with no problems. I dont believe staff should be more creditable than the managers. Food was great, service not so much.

Food was good, however I ordered off Uber eats so I wouldnt have to leave the house, ended up costing 27 bucks for 2 subs plus another 5 to tip the driver. Which is fine I expect to pay more for delivery. However I get the subs and they are not correct so I end up having to drive anyways for them to fix. The girl at register asks for my order number and reads it off of her screen perfectly and says, "well the order is in there right, I dont know what happened" yeah I got that. Wont order from here again on Uber eats at least.

I go to Firehouse for lunch from time to time. I usually get the hook and ladder salad. It is big and delish. It is large enough for 2 people. I put their hot sausage on top. I love their freestyle machine. I would go more but Firehouse is expensive for a fast food restaurant.

Went to this location today . Waiting at the counter while 2 employees and the manager were busy. Phone rang and cashier came out from the back to take the telephone order. Walked right out. Your in person Customer should be number one. Will not return to this location.

Come here whenever I am in the neighborhood and truly enjoy their subs and brownies! They have a very young staff but they are all friendly and approachable.

Fantastic subs and I usually dont like cold tea but the TEA here with Lemonade from the Coke machine is AWESOME...I BUY IT BY THE GALLONS HERE...LOL
