This agency doesnt even deserve one star. We are a military family who hired Eileen Roth to serve a rental manager for our condo unit for 10 years, during which time we lived overseas. Everytime I toured the property, it was filthy. Ms. Roth would assure me that the renter would clean up (we later learned this was not the case). After our last renter moved out, we placed the unit for sale. Our contract with Ms. Roth required us to give her the opportunity to sell it. We did not realize that the renter damaged the unit and Ms. Roth put it for sale "as is" until we receive a low ball offer. We have since hired a new agent who demonstrates professionalism. Ms Roth charged us a cleaning fee and it is clear that the unit was not cleaned. She didnt even bother to retrieve the pool pass from the renter. Ms. Roth engages in unethical behavior - I have filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Behavior. Ms. Roth should not have a license. The agency owner, Mr. Munro, is equally unprofessional, making excuses for Ms. Roth and trying to blame me for the poor condition of the unit. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY.

Having been a lifelong resident (over 50 years) of the Tampa Bay area, I choose Weinert Realty to manage my rental property in Palm Harbor because of their longevity and knowledge of the area, and their personable and friendly staff. Whenever my tenant has an issue, they contact the rental department at Weinert Realty, who immediately set the wheels in motion to correct the challenge. With their extensive list of “go to” people in the area, the tenant is assured of quality and timely resolution. Prior to work beginning, Eileen or Julie notify me of the price, which has always been fair, and send me the receipts upon completion. Likewise, if I ever have a question or issue with a tenant, I can call the office, send an email or text; always getting a rapid response.
