Beware! Eugene Fitzpatrick which works at this place in Clearwater FL is one of the realtors who works for Charles Rutenberg Reality, wrote me two bad checks for a move I did for him and his wife on 12/27/2016 for the amount of $2365.00 check numbers 301 and 299 drawn on Navy Federal which came back to my bank on January 3rd 2017 as NSF. What ever you do dont use Eugene Fitzpatrick to help sell your home. We are now sending it over to the State Attorneys office in Pinellas County Bad Check Division For Criminal Prosecution. This review is Posted by Mickey Fehrenbach the owner of Secure Movers Since 1996. Dont trust Eugene Fitzpartrick with any type of Financial Transactions or Checks. Use another realtor beside this criminal who writes bad checks for large amount of money then moves to another City to hide is identity and whereabouts to hide from the bad NSF Checks.

Our realtor Jeffrey Stuben is a wonderful realtor. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Jeffrey found many properties that matched the criteria we were looking for and set up showings. At each property he was informed of the homes detailed information and walked through each home showing us its best features and any issues the home had that we should be aware of. He is very professional and courteous and from start to finish we truly felt that he was in our corner making sure we got the best deal possible. If a contract is an as-is contract the seller is not responsible for fixing up the property. The as-is means you have the option to get out of the contract if you dont want to pay for the fixing what is broke. The Idea of taking back-ups is a good for the seller even after a contract has been signed, because so many contracts fall thru because of the buyer not able to get the loan. This does not mean you will loose your contract, it is just protection for the seller while the property is off the market. There is no threat to the first contract. This is normal and the right of the seller to request back-up. The seller is still making all their payment and no longer on the market.

I called this company looking for a realtor to help me purchase a condo. Mary Jo Rohr answered the phone. She did not tell me that she was a full time clerk in the office with little experience. I immediately had problems with her and contacted her broker Fred Hintenberger. He urged me to work with Mary Jo. That was a huge mistake. I wound up loosing the condo. The process for the inspection period and response time was never explained to me. I have tried to re-kindle this deal with another agent but Mary Jo totally vilified me to the listing agent making this extremely difficult for me to do. Avoid this company and avoid Mary Jo Rohr.

I am a listing agent and one of agents (Edgar Bergen) at this company is buyers agent. He has been very unprofessional, rude (yelling at me and another associate who attended home inspection, telling he had never been the listing agent to be during home inspection that buyer paid for,,, this must be a joke) and no knowledge of process and rules. Now his buyers are to be in default due to his negligence and no follow-up and my seller has to wait for another 15 days to close. He will still be getting paid for no work he has done.

Marilyn Kagan wont thoroughly listen to requests or your conversation - she just brushes you off like shes more important or something. VERY RUDE. Talks over you, wont let you speak, basically has the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. AND when I had clearly explained myself that the time I would arrive was an ESTIMATED time, since I was one hour off my estimate she proceeded to belittle me, so I quickly ended the conversation and told her to have a great day.

I would avoid dealing with a realtor Annette Rodriguez. She is completely unprofessional and acts unethically trying to make deals outside of closing. She lost us 6000 dollars and avoided any contact with her whatsoever. I would avoid her at all costs or just choose another broker to go with altogether.

Dianna Mcdonald is not an honest realtor. Be very careful using her. She will take backup offers on a house under contract. She was selling her house but refused to fix all the 4 point items on the inspection. Didnt care that we lost money on the house inspection, told us to move on.

Avoid working with Chris Kuhlman at all costs. He lied repeatedly to us via phone, for a month. Once we arrived in FL he lied to our faces. He is an unethical real estate agent, do not trust him.
