Terrible sums it up.....the first two weeks the number on the sign in front of my house was linked with another house. ...people would call & get an automated recording. ...I even had another realtor say it was hard to get information in the beginning. ..& no I will not name that person...I see on some of the reviews that Duncan Duo reads these reviews..I sincerely hope that they read this one, there will be a response of seller wants more than they think the market will bear, but I asked,they said I dont want to list something that wont sell,actually we raised it a small amount. ..the thirty day thing,was marketing to get a bite I think. .quickly was told not good for me,but they sure hung that sign up that said 30 days or we will buy it. ...after 60 days or so I took the thirty day thing down while the rest ot the three piece sign stayed. The neighbors were starting to laugh,..then had a kitchen fire,grease fire,my fault....this was about 90 days in,30 days later total remodel completed...new pics, back on the market. .I read Zillow, two pics were changed, after 20k remodel. ..on the add said last remodel 1966? Kidding right,nope! Then there are the showings, my representative was never there,now what we have is a realtor showing property they have never seen....so I would wind up showing it after they had a look ...just what am I paying Duncan Duo for? I could get on the MLS & just let the house sell itself for a much smaller fee! But I wanted a professional to get it done & sell the house,,, not sit around & wait for it to sell itslef,,, I thought they had good marketing, now 4 months later after looking at the redone ad I fired them...I have never met the Duncan Duo & I dare you to say otherwise. ...this listing was active this morning. ..not now... Very unhappy with them & frankly cannot believe that it did not sell...will find someone else ....you guys just wasted 4 months, now I have forclosure fees on top of this so yeah, time is money & they wasted mine, both.....Robert Riggs

To start off Im not your typical property buyer, I do more extensive research than the average ask more questions then there are answers and fact check people that I deal with to understand their level of understanding. This primary reason of this review is not you should focus on the broker, but the agent himself. I found The Dunkin duo on Google. They had extremely high ratings with praises from customers all over. I had in mind the agent I wanted to do business with. To my surprise after requesting information Curtis Craig reached out to me to learn more about my intention of purchasing a property. We discussed my needs and must haves in our preliminary discussion. The first property we viewed was exactly how I described what I was looking for. From there, Curtis went on to send me properties and even teaching me a little bit about the communities in which we were looking at. This guy is the Real deal and convince me to search in other markets other than my original one. Being in sales management myself I cant explain how important follow up in customer service is and Curtis did just that! Weekends holidays nights and anytime in between literally he was there to address my questions and help me make the best choice on the property I chose. His attentiveness follow up and diligent work ethic was of character Ive never dealt with, he always came prepared to meetings with market knowledge, competitive analysis, and always well versed on the properties we saw. I could not ask for a better agent who is attentive to my needs qualified and knew exactly what he was doing from day one to sitting through with me during settlement. I hardly ever write reviews but for a intelligent persistent and overall amazing person to do business with, I had to recognize this individual for prospective buyers to reach out to you. I commend this agent on how well of a job he performed it during our transaction and I will definitely deal with him in the future

My experience with the Duncan Duo is nothing short of AMAZING! My sellers agent, Michael Barbino, called me immediately after I submitted a request for more information on the Duncan Duo website. We set up a time for Michael to tour my home and talk about the Duncan Duo process and what my expectations were in the sale of my home. At this point I was very skeptical of realtors, as I told Michael, because my house previously sat on the market with another firm for over seven months. I listed my house with the Duncan Duo on July 14, 2015, and due to their aggressive marketing strategy and expertise, I had a written offer for almost full asking price one week later on July 21, 2015. The sale was final on September 11, 2015, at the buyer’s request. I then had the pleasure of dealing with Paolo Matita as a buyers agent. My husband met Jill Aubin 3 months ago when we were in the beginning stages of searching for a new home. We are from New York state which can be very challenging, but Jill has gone above and beyond to make this process possible! We are also moving our three children ages 12,13 and 15 which adds extra stress to the situation. Jill has done everything in her power to find a home that meets all of our needs. She originally did numerous walk-throughs in one day while my husband was in Florida and with me on the phone viewing as well. We have run into numerous obstacles which Jill has helped us to work through. She has been patient and kind, understanding and compassionate and available to answer all of our questions. Jill has driven to each home, shown us the routes, walked us through a virtual tour via face time which has helped us narrow down our choices and find a home that our children would be able to transition into with the least amount of stress and in a place that they could have access to all the amenities that Fishhawk has to offer them. We could never have gotten to this point without Jills countless hours of phone calls, easing our concerns, working with us when we had doubts and helping us through the process to overcome the obstacles thrown our way. Moving our family and choosing just the right home has been quite a difficult and emotional roller coaster ride and we couldnt have chosen a better person to help us through this process. We are eternally grateful to have met Jill and had her by our side, we could never have done this without her. She is professional in every aspect and also taken the fact that this is not an easy transition into consideration at every turn. She is a true gem!
