Dont do any type of buissness with this man. Not only is he ignorant to the point its very unprofessional but he demands respect yet refuses to give. Worst experience ever. I dont know how he remains somewhat successful considering he is a liar, a con artist and he cheats to get by, and worst of all he discriminates constantly against people and animals. Telling the world how he really is is one way to set him off and until you have no ties with him I wouldnt suggest you open your mouth. He wont think think twice about throwing a family with small childrens out on the streets. He thinks he is better than everyone and has the right to constantly belittle them I rented from him for over a year and not one time did he respond to a single work order.
