This gym is near me in Sanford on state road 46. So, it is right on the border of Lake Mary, FL. Mike Farrell is my trainer and he is awesome. Honestly, the whole staff is great. Everyone is super positive no matter where you are at with your fitness goals. Starting out is tough and having a great people like Elite Fitness has really helps keep you motivated. The equipment is pretty nice. Theyve got TRX, the fancy racing bicycles, and several group workouts. The women seem to like these. Elite Fitness always seems to get a good turnout. I see men and women of all ages. In fact, the vast majority of the people that work out here are pretty cool too. Place has got plenty of members but Ive never felt like it was too crowded to work on the things I wanted.

I really enjoy the staff here. Everyone is friendly and ready with a pleasant and quick hello. Prices are fair. There are a few pieces of equipment I wish they had, but can make do with whats offered. Usually never too busy. One downside is that if you go shortly after school lets out, you get a lot of high school kids. But Ive never had issue with them. I recommend. Small gym that gives the personal touch.

Comfortable here, Great Jungle Gym with all the free weights you need to get transformed. People there are there to do work, but they are nice and will help out
