If you follow the food plan to a T (FTDI) youll be ok in making your initial weight loss goals. But the plan is not practical to do for extended periods of time. Your body doesnt have enough time to reciprocate from any injuries and/or fatigue. If youre in the "challenge" youre required to check in 30 times within a 6 week period. Thats working out 5 times a week. Thats a lot to do with balancing work family and etc. On top of that the food plan is cut and dry. Protein, green vegetables, and light carbs. This is not a balanced diet. One should be able to lose 20-40 lbs easy. I lost 60 but it got tough towards the end. For women who have to lose only 40 lbs for a challenge I recommend not to do it. I recommend to just workout there and eat on the meal plan and lose on your own time line. Will I recommend the challenge to a friend...no. Like I said theres no gym life balance. Will I recommend the gym (for HIIT workouts) to friend...yes. The training crew is great. You get lots of support during workouts but Id recommend to seek a dietitian for a realistic eating plan.

I loved what the camp was all about. The problem is that they stated free, but you are investing about $500.00 to lose your target weight loss. You are supposed to get it back once you have hit your target. I just dont feel comfortable giving that much money away.
