The facility is clean and I love the high-quality tanning beds and the personable staff. I subtracted a couple stars because I would really love it if they had a pool, sauna and most importantly-food. I do enjoy the pizza and bagel days quite immensily. While most of the staff is pretty amazing, some of the employees stand around talking to each other and dont pay attention so customers end up standing there waiting to get noticed. Even worse is when they notice a customer and barely acknowledge the person while they continue their (almost always) non-work related convo as they scan the guest in. That is not okay and is incredibly rude and unprofessional. It really makes them look bad and takes away from the employees who do a good job and really put in the effort and hard work. The bad customer service generally occurs when there are too many workers or when its really late at night. Ive gone in the middle of the night and have had to wait like half an hour sometimes for someone to come to the front desk to start the tanning beds up. Sometimes when an employee is off and Im guessing about to leave for he day, they stand on the customer side of the desk and talk to the other employees. I have seen a half naked female trainer doing this and its insanely annoying and just dumb. This kind of behavior really displays a lack of self awareness and intelligence. This woman looked at me like I was rude for interrupting her low brow conversation in order to sign in and ask a question. Despite the few bad eggs working here, this is a very nice facility. I sometimes see customers finish working out but then dont clean off their machine. Maybe a club courteousy rundown should be mandatory for new guests who dont know how a gym works. I love when they ring the lunk alarm! This gym is not for meatheads who grunt and stare at their scrawny bodies in the mirror.

I was skeptical. These "McGyms" turn me off. But this place is run so well. Sparkling clean. Well staffed. New equipment and enough of it. Ive never had to wait for a machine. Great low price membership. Plenty of parking. I get in and out of there quickly. No gross show-off vibe. People of all shaped and sizes and no meat-market feel. Also, everyone in their grungies. Not a lot of show off yoga wear. Just people getting their exercise on. Really like it. And I continue to go, which says something.

I like planet fitness, it is good for someone who is familiar with the process and the machines. However for a beginner who needs to get and or learn a workout routine they are not like they used to be when I was a member a few years ago, where you had the chance to get with a trainer one on one to learn what was best for you, and now they have specific class times. I cant learn very well this way so I canceled my membership.

Do not go here, all the staff does is sit on their phones and talk to their friends. The gym is way too small for the number of members. You always have to wait to use any of the machines unless its a treadmill or elliptical. Only way to cancel a membership is going in person or through a letter. Its 2017 cmon. I filed a complaint and never got a single response from this gym, they dont care and the employees dont care.

Planet Fitness is the awesome place to work out at its clean everyone is very nice helpful its a lot of things that you can do in there if you need help with the machine a worker will help you with no problems its a really good environment to being positive I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family I really love being a black card member

I cant honestly give this location 5 stars. I feel that the employees at the check in could be more courteous and friendly. They are to busy talking to friends, co-workers or staring into space. No matter what a member is there for they deserve a least an acknowledgement that they know the member is there.

I have been a member for the last month and workout regularly 3 times per week. Its an excellent facility with a wide variety of equipment. The staff is attentive, everything is always clean and its open 24 hours a day. And the base membership is a deal at $10.00 per month. I would recommend it most highly.

I have had a great experience here over the past 8 months. I rate five stars because they have perfectly met my expectations. However I will be on the look out to move elsewhere at the end of the year primarily because there are no barbells only smith machines and they totally jack up my shoulders.

Cant beat $10/month. There are annual fees however, but when you add it together its still cheap. My only complaint is that it can get a little warm in the afternoons when they get busy (when everyone gets off work). They have all the cardio equipment and strength machines one would need.

One of the best Planet Fitness locations! My home gym is in N. Olmsted and this one is much better - the layout, the space and additional equipment. Plus they have bottles on each machine and a microfiber cloth to wipe down and everybody wipes off their own sweat! Its the best.

Ive been to LA Fitness and Crunch in Florida before going to Planet Fitness and Im slightly disappointed that there arent a lot of different machines to use, or private room to work out in. Overall it is still a good gym. I just go here bc its convenient for me.

For years I was paying $75.00 per month for a gym. When I walked into Planet Fitness I was so surprised by their equipment, set up and cleanliness I signed up at that moment and have not been disappointed.

Lol the only way to sign up is by giving your checking and routing number to them. What kind of gym doesnt take cash/credit/debit? Im taking my business elsewhere.
