I think its about time I write a review for Power Strength Gym on I-Drive. Ill keep it short and straightforward - this is the best gym Ive had the privilege of using. Period. Good enough that even though I work in Maitland and have a company-paid membership to RDV, I live on the South side of Orlando just so I can hit this location on the way to work. The facility is second-to-none with some of the best equipment available. Everything from free weights to Prime Fitness machines (phenomenal) and even tires and sledgehammers. Traffic is low, and there is hardly ever any waiting for something to free up. The people who own PSG are true professionals and keep it uber-clean. And the people who work out here are very respectful and always available for a spot here and there or even some useful tips. Oh yeah, and the cost is unbelievable for the quality provided. Oh, and did I mention its 24 hours? Yeah, there is nothing better available in the city. If you live near this location and dont belong to PSG, youre missing out.

The gym is always dirty with weights that never get cleaned up. All the personal trainers give you dirty looks if your lifting heavy. They gym owner is always turning off the music to film his Russian YouTube videos. If your not serious about your fitness this is a good place to go.

Im fairly new to the gym world but I think this gym was absolutely perfect for me, theres a wide range of equipment and they all have instructions on the side to help you out if you need it. The staff is great, helpful and answer pretty much any question you have. I love it!

Finally something different for gym goers. Best and most sophisticated equipment for all types of exercise buffs. Great rates and accommodating staff. Beats corporate chain gyms on any given day. Should come and check for yourself, will not regret.

This is THE BEST gym youll EVER go to. PERIOD. The staff is so friendly and helpful, they make you feel right at home. The atmosphere is great and bathrooms are clean. I recommend to everyone, regardless of where they are in their fitness journey.

Great gym! Great for getting to the point of the workout & not filled with filler machines. Great part about it, its NEVER crowded! So you wont have to wait 30-45monites to use machines!!
