I would never ever have anyones funeral services at this place. My great grandmother and grandfather paid for their funerals back in the 80s. My great grandfather passed away in 1984 and there was no problem...But when it came time to prepare for my grandmothers funeral in 2009, they couldnt use her prepaid funeral because it had her husbands name on it. They know he already passed away so obviously the other funeral would go to his wife. So we had to pay everything out of pocket for her. She was suppose to have a pastor, lemosines, a tombstone, etc...all of which was paid for by HER! She got none of those things because we couldnt afford it. All she got was embalmed, a casket, a viewing and memorial cards. And this place is ridiculously overpriced. I wouldnt recommened this evil rip off place to anyone!!! Even my enemies.

We recently buried our mother, one of the hardest things you can do. We met with Patrick a couple of months prior to her death. As everyone fears, going to arrange a funeral is something you dread, you hear all kinds of horror stories. After my sister and I met Patrick at Gramkow, we felt totally at ease. Everything was explained, we did our research we were comfortable choosing them when it came time. The facilities could not have been better, the staff was very professional and kind to everyone. Our mother was beautiful for the viewing. The family visitation and funeral was handled perfectly, we could not have asked for anymore, thanks to Gramkow Funeral Home for making our Mothers funeral a very memorable event.

They bent over backwards to make sure everything my family needed or wanted was taken care of. This was not an easy time for us, but Mike, Sarah, and Greg made it as easy as they could for us. We checked with several funeral homes before deciding on Gramkow. Even in the first telephone call I felt more at ease. They were so kind and helpful to my family. I really felt they exceeded our expectations in the services they provided to us. I would definitely recommend them.

this place is a total rip off. they over charged on several things then refused to correct their mistakes. the funeral director Patrick was rude and talked down to our entire family. we will never use this place again and noone else should either
