My experience with San Juan Funeral Home has been very good. I have nothing negative to say. They treated us with respect all way from beginning to the end. The facility in John Young is excellent. The room is set up very nicely. All the AV equipment were made available for use during the service. The kitchen was big enough for people to eat. As far the price of the service, I have made research of some of the popular ones in Kissimmee area. I have called three different places then I stopped looking anymore because for the same service that was provided by San Juan, they were almost 40 -50% more expensive than San Juan. For what I heared some of the Funeral homes use the same crematorium that San Juan uses. Please dont take my word for it, do your own research and you will be surprised. The service they provided was priceless to me. So to all the residents of Kissimmee, Poinciana, St Cloud, and even nearby Orlando area, I am highly recommending San Juan Funeral Home. Special thanks to Abigail and Wanda for their assistance. I dont know how they managed to invite Father Tim for the service. One last thing, please fix the sign on John Young. Only San is lighting up, not Juan. Please light up Juan as well. Would help the guests be able to locate the place especially at night.

This funeral home should not be in business; they were very unsympathetic to my familys situation and they only cared about the money. They did everything wrong including putting the wrong date of death on my grandmothers prayer cards. This was the worst service we could have received. I DO NOT recommend this place, nor will I ever, to anyone.

The people and front desk personal was so nice and caring. Compassionate and understanding during these times in need. Very accommodating. We had over 300 people and they were very attentive to our needs. Thank you
