Linda Orrill We lost our only child 3 years ago and a friend recommended Craigs Funeral Home. They were absolutely wonderful and handled everything for us with kindness, caring and absolute efficiency. Recently I lost my husband and I was totally devastated...I contacted Craigs and Justin helped me through everything...announcements, funeral service etc. I did not have to worry about anything. Losing a loved one is dreadful, but of course inevitable, I would absolutely recommend Craigs Funeral Home in St.Augustine to help you through this difficult time.

We arrived for the service with clergy, had our small service & the undertaker, Rusty, never greeted us, we found our way, everything was set up nicely. When it was time to leave he was speaking with others, could not get his attention. After standing around waiting, I had to gather everything myself, walked by him and still no response from Rusty. It was humiliating to say the least. This happened sometime ago, but it still bothers me. My sister had overdosed, I felt he deliberately shunned us.
