Found my lifetime Mechanic. I bought a car in that I had purchased for my Daughter who was leaving for college. There was an airbag light on so had John check it out. He called the next day and let me know that there were a lot of other issues with the car than just the airbag and I authorized $500 to continue the research. I stopped by the following day at almost closing time. John told me this car had been in a wreck even though the title and car fax were clean. We talked about who sold me the car and it turns out it was not a private seller but a dealer posing as one. Bottom line is John and his assistant spent over an hour and a half with me, after hours, researching this dealer and his scam. He gave me enough info that I was able to call the scam artist and demand my money back and I got it back!!!! John could have easily taken my money to fix my daughters car but showed true integrity as he is also a dealer and hates the scam artists that give used car dealers a bad name. Oh and one final thing after all the help, my final bill was $150 Thank you again John and the team!!

John and the staff are AWESOME! After going through one terrible place after another over the years, I found these guys and will never go anywhere else. Theyve done a lot of work for us the past few years, everything from fixing your worst nightmare of mechanical issues, to helping us find the best quality and price for new additions and upgrades! John has always been transparent with what will need to be done and the pricing. He ALWAYS gives you options and walks down the pros and cons of decisions. They make you feel like youre a priority and always have our Jeep or cars out in record time. I cant say enough good about them!

My family and I have been going to Advanced Automotive for over 5 years and they have performed various service levels, from routine oil changes, coolant and transmission service, to installing new tires, batteries and brakes. His Service Team is extremely qualified and they have always done a first rate job. My family has fairly new vehicles, so I have not had the need for Advanced Automotive to perform major engine or transmission repair, but I would trust Advanced Automotive with any repair.

What more can a novice ask for? I fell completely comfortable having Advanced Automotive Service Center as my go to car place. Gave quote - stayed on quote - reasonable price - fast service - know what they are doing - and got it done right - showed me what was going to be done and asked and quoted before doing work - friendly and courteous - owner operated and the care John puts in shows - plus can wait at dunkin doughnuts next door - take your car here !!

this company does not stand behind their work !! tighten your drain plug yourself when they are finished because when it falls out a month later and your internals suffer catasrophic damage your on your own AND YOU WILL HAVE TO SUE!! Trust me you DONT want to bring your vehicle to this place

This guys have worked on my car and now are working on my partners car! They identify what other mechanic had done incorrect, and fix the error! Fair on $$, but most of all honest and sincere about what was required! Im Very thankful, cant say enough great things about John!

I love this place. The staff is wonderful. Quite often I have been in auto shops that treat me different because I am a woman, often overcharging me. That is not the case at Advanced. They explain everything and clearly. Great place to service your vehicle!
