Do not go here they are a rip-off. Will misdiagnosis your problem purposely. I brought my car here in aug 2015 because my blower had stopped blowing. As a result of prior research i guessed it was the blower motor resistor. Nope they told me it was the blower motor. Ok $300 dollars later i drove away with the blower working properly. 2 days later it quit again, when i brought it back they told me it was the pigtail wires which they replaced for free. Ok, so far so good right? WRONG!!! A little over a year later same exact problem. I brought it back to them. Now its the resistor $245 part + labor. No thanks Ill get a second opinion. Wrnt home you tubed the problem. Ok again the resistor is a common problem but check the wires first. So i went and looked at the wires, sure enough they are damaged and burnt looking. Actually looks like theyve been damaged awhile. Hmmm why didnt meineke notice that? I mean they had to pull the wires to remove the resistor. I cleaned the connections with a wire brush and wow it works again. Maybe i can get another year out of it before Ill need to take it to an honest establishment for the wiring change that im pretty sure was the only problem all along. Oh and btw, that $245 part i was able to find online from $35. I normally do not write reviews but feel like ive been taken advantage of which nobody appreciates. I certainly do not take it lightly. Meineke were not as ignorant as you think anymore. You tube it people put these dishonest establishments out of business.

I usually dont leave reviews but I felt so strongly about this place I had to leave a review. I had a horrible experience at this location. All I neeed was a starter put in in a 2002 Ford Taurus. The starter was in a very easy place to get to in the front of the engine not below they didnt have much to do with less than two hours of Labor and it cost $398 took them 2 hours it was just a starter and the next day I come in to pay Im thinking maybe a hundred and 50 at most. It cost me $398 that is two weeks of my paycheck Im a single mom with 3 kids and that was two weeks of my pay that I had to hand over to Meineke for a two-hour starter job. I wish I never even called I wish I knew how to do my own repairs because I heard that a starter at AutoZone cost around 70-80 dollars. I could have had somebody put it in for me it would have taken them about an hour and I could have given them $50 and it would have been under $150 repair. I never ever will go back and I never will recommend this location to anyone.

I cant sing praises about this Meineke location and all the fine folks that work there enough. I went in for an oil change on 07/29/17 and it turned out to be such a GREAT customer service experience. During their inspection, they noticed that my hood latch was broken and fixed it! I had been driving around for about 3 months with a bungie cord holding it down because I hadnt had time to deal with it. When I offered to pay them for fixing it, they refused payment. The mechanic (I wish I had gotten his name) told me "no charge, it was just a broken spring and we had one here. Its much safer than you driving around with it tied down." Never have I experienced customer service like this from an automotive shop. This is a great place with great people. Their prices are more than reasonable, their work is high quality, and the people are great. Trust me when I say there are plenty of bad shops on Seminole Blvd but this isnt one. Thanks again Meineke of Seminole and crew!

Terrible customer service and unqualified techs! Took my car in for a basic oil change and tried to charge me for an extra quart of oil because my car takes 5.1 quarts, not the standard 5. I told him just to put in 5 and I would handle the other .1 quarts myself. Old man behind counter didnt like that and continued with an attitude problem. Noticed the tech working on my car taking over 15 minutes just to figure out how to remove the damn cover to access the oil filter and the same amount of time to put it back. Noticed later that they left my air filter cover loose and left a screw out of the panel that they struggled with. No mention of a thank you for your business or have a nice day, only "your car is done, here is your bill". Leave your attitude and personal issues at home and do your JOB that you choose to do at your own will!

Tried to get a preinsurance inspection done so I went in at about 5:15. Their lights were off and open sign turned off even though the door and Google say open til 6. About to leave when the manager? Comes out and says he can do it. It took a few minutes to get my insurance card pulled up mostly because I was flustered with his ranting, but I did get it to pull up on my phone. He refused to do the checks after it started raining saying because one has out of state tags. Well that didnt appear to be a rule anywhere else and another mechanic did the inspection just fine. He seemed off his rocker and kept saying "they cant make me stay open til 6". The whole experience was strange and a complete waste of time. If you close at 5 then just change your hours.

Took vehicle in for repair for right side manifold gasket and synthetic oil service while out of town on vacation. Called back after repair stating left side was in need of repair and that brakes were metal on metal their words. Told them I would bring home to repair myself as I am certified. Found brakes not bad at all and missing manifold heat shield from right side gasket repair causing injector harness to make contact damaging harness. Checked over service of vehicle and found fluids low and air filter not replaced.Dont waste your time throwing away your money. They will rip you off. Called to complain and manager said to take it to another location for repair. Never again !!!!!

Unreliable service. When they make a mistake, theyre happy to push the cost onto you. If you ask the owner why the mechanics missed an issue, his response will be "I dont know, Im not the mechanic" as though he isnt responsible for what happens under his roof. Ive tried multiple times to get my A/C fixed, and they want to continue to charge me because they think the might know what the problem possibly is this time. Um, no. Id much rather go elsewhere instead of continuing to give my money to people like this.

I have the most respect for owner Fred and the mechanic Mike that worked on my car for being so honest with me and doing great work as well. They didnt just see a woman and take advantage of me by fixing things that didnt need fixing. They are honest fair and reasonable and I would recommend anybody to go there!! They are just honest and great guys who do good work!! Vet owned as well to me thats a plus to support our veterans as thanks for their service! I just cant say enough about this Meineke... :)
